I know what to say, but this guy made me buy the sofa

Knowledgeable and courteous member of staff. She explained all the options and the variations in both colour theme and materials.
Fiza is a credit to your organisation. She wasn’t pushy and was very interested in everything we had to say and came up with some really good ideas.

Had a really good experience buying my sofa. The showroom was well laid out, with plenty of styles to try, and Tom was welcoming and genuinely helpful. He listened carefully to what we needed, explained the options clearly, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. I appreciated that there was no pushy sales talk - just friendly advice and plenty of patience while I decided. Walking out of the store, I felt confident I’d made the right choice - and was even able to amend my order further when I got home.

We visited Sofology today to look for a new sofa, and had such a great experience. Imi was absolutely amazing — she was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. She took the time to understand our style and space, gave great advice without being pushy, and made the whole process really enjoyable. Couldn’t recommend her (and Sofology) more!

Excellent Service

We were helped by Adam in the Enfield store. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped us pick out a lovely sofa for our new home and provided us with lots of advise on the sofa we had purchased.

The employee who helped us was great. Really patient as we struggled with colour choices. She knew when to leave us alone and when to come back with swarches and information. She wasn't at all pushy and gave us time to talk things through properly. Thank you.

Raj in the Enfield store was very knowledgable about the products in the store. There was no hard selling which we dislike he advised us when asked and helped us make the right choice.

Greeted at the door by a very pleasant lady who pointed out the layout of store.
We were assisted by Raj who was very helpful but not pushy and explained everything very clearly.
Overall a very relaxing experience and I found exactly what I wanted.
Can’t wait to enjoy my sofa and love chair.
