We already knew what sofa we wanted but visited again today to recheck it's what we wanted and to pick a colour. Was helped by Marcus who was very approachable and made purchase of sofa easy.
Marcus was able to answer any questions I had about additional insurance and finance options.
Visited the store a week prior and had great support from two women as well, both very knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable in the shop and was nice to not feel pressured into a sale.

We had a really great experience at Sofology Norwich, thanks in large part to Mark Katourous.

From the moment we arrived, Mark struck exactly the right balance ,friendly and welcoming, but never pushy. He gave us space to look around at our own pace, yet was immediately on hand when we had questions. His product knowledge was excellent, and he explained the different sofa options, fabrics and configurations clearly without overcomplicating things.

What stood out most was how relaxed the whole process felt. Buying a sofa can sometimes feel pressured or overwhelming, but Mark made it straightforward and enjoyable. He listened carefully to what we were looking for and offered helpful guidance rather than a sales pitch.

Marcus understood our requirements and identified a sofa set in the sale that met our needs. Can only comment on the sales room experience as sofas have not been delivered yet.

Mark Kafourous was very friendly and helpful when we choose and purchased two 3-seater sofas. He followed up with some helpful advice.

Mel was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. We explained what we were looking for and Mel was able to guide us to our perfect chairs very quickly. The whole experience was enjoyable within a friendly atmosphere.

Having done some research prior to visiting the store and therefore knowing what I wanted to look at, Declan was able to take me to what I wanted to see with the minimum of delay. He was also good at explaining the different options and how the finance would work. He had to go to another customer though, so Mark took over and he was also very good. It was Mark who eventually sealed the deal.

Staff at the shop don’t chase you around at all, thanks to Laura and Declan and the store manager who were very informative and super helpful.
Was given time and space to ensure I found the sofa I liked.

Mel Steven was very professional , he’s knowledge and experience make my shopping trip easy in making my choices clear what I wanted. He explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions I ask to my understanding which I was happy about. A happy customer and money value spent .

Helpful but not pushy.

All the staff were really helpful, but particularly Laura, who took care of my order. She was friendly, not pushy, really informative and a pleasure to deal with. The products across all the ranges were such good quality and all offered a luxury look and feel. Would thoroughly recommend.
