Very helpful

We first visited the shop and were greeted by Mel, who told us to let him know if we had any questions and left us to browse, which was very nice as many sales-people at other sofa-shops felt a bit pushy. He came to check in with us and answered questions regarding the sofa we were interested in, and didn't make us feel forced to buy there and then

We then came back to purchase the sofa, where we were greeted by Declan. He was very friendly and left us to it when we had a little browse at the start. Again, he answered the questions we had left and explained all the add-ons etc... with our order. Once we placed the order he didn't make us feel rushed to leave anything, let us finish our drinks and have a good chat until we were ready to go.

Can't fault either of them one bit.

Great experience at Sofology Norwich. Sales assistant Laura was so helpful (without being in any way pushy) and was very conscientious in going through all the options and paperwork. Her colleague John also very sensibly suggested to measure up to double check before purchasing. All in all a very satisfactory experience.

Laura Yorke was very helpful both in the store and on the phone when I placed my order. She has a pleasant friendly manner, was well informed without resorting to a hard sell and it was a pleasure to deal with her. Hope the furniture when it arrives is of an equally high standard

Declan greeted me on my 1st visit to the store I knew already what I wanted so he talked me through everything and reassured me from start to finish!
Had a few nightmares on day 1 due to my own fault for not measuring the space for the sofa! 2nd day i visited declan and told him I've made a mistake the sofa will b 2 big I need 2 go for the smaller version! Although this was a little complicated at 1st the monies was transferred over to the new sofa!
Thank you so much for your help and understanding! Now all I gotta do is wait for the sofa to arrive!

I had a fantastic experience at Sofology Norwich, mainly thanks to Marcus Batch, who was my sales consultant. From the moment we started speaking, he was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful.

Marcus took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained all the options clearly, and guided me through the process without any pressure at all. His knowledge and honest advice really helped me make the best choice, and I felt confident and reassured throughout.

Outstanding customer service and a genuinely positive experience. Marcus is an excellent sales consultant and a real credit to Sofology. I would highly recommend both him and the Norwich store.

Marcus, the sales assistant was great. Let us look around at our pace before he approached us and was extremely pleasant. Very helpful and not pushy at all. Gave us all the information we needed. Came back the following week, sought him out and bought a sofa. Great job from him, well done.

Staff are helpful but not overbearing, the sofas in the shop are probably the best around, all very different some ultra modern and some very traditional

Went to the Norwich branch and Mark was an excellent representative.
He showed and explained to me the different sofas I was interested in.
Even gave my 3 year old a balloon to keep her occupied.
The sofas are of great quality and comfort and Mark helped me choose the one I needed.
