I went to activate the QuickBooks I purchased it on a Saturday but could not activate until Monday. Intuit would not activate it and told me I needed to have you activate it.

I wish I would have found this earlier. I have been looking for an option to update my QuickBooks for 2 years. Yesterday my old 2020 software quit working and I was devastated. Found Softake last night and purchased my new 2024 QuickBooks this morning. Within 30 minutes I was up and running again!! =-)

The product is genuine. It downloads and installs smoothly. Softake does need to revise its installation instructions slightly because something has changed on the QB side. Overall, I am a happy camper. If you have a procedure for moving data from QB Online to this desktop version, that would be off the charts.

I mistakenly purchased the US version…
I mistakenly purchased the US version not realizing it was incompatible with my Canadian QB files so I had to purchase the Canada version.
They have subsequently contacted me and refunded the payment for the US version. Great customer service!
