Our company used softaken service to transfer emails. Best service helped us to move all our database. Best support

company has taken 2 payments, and when i have tried asking for 2nd to be returned, they keep asking for the 2nd order number, which clearly I dont have, which i keep explianing.Now going to have to go through bank to do a chargeback. Software was ok ish, but the results were particaulary usable, strange charachters dotted everywhere

No password included in invoice. The support is a joke. Adam even sent me a blank password, I'm guessing as a joke. Trying to get my money back but I have little confidence in this company.

They are doing good, providing service for recovery of outlook data files. Thanks for the help to get back my Outlook emails. Really needed that.

Data recovery software is fine for deleted data. I used this software for my deleted video files and software successfully recovered all permanently deleted files from windows 10

I think they are improving their services as the previous review I checked was not good. But recently I used their software and they responded well. As a company takes time to settle in the market and increase its service quality. Got their reply in less than an hour.

Ost file export is good tool to convert ost file. Adam helped me to import pst file. Support is great tools are working and price are fine. All well

Tried softaken software for nsf to pat conversion and working fine but only problem with encrypted files. software is not able to convert encrypted files. Overall good and best support team

Ich habe die Einzelversion für € 28,05 (ohne MwSt.) bestellt. Funktioniert nur sehr begrenzt.
Anlagen werden nur in der teuren Version mitberücksichtigt. Über Bilder habe ich nichts gefunden und der Versuch die Daten als vcf zu exportieren endete in einem Log File ohne sichtbare Daten (Größe nur 1 kB). Ich habe nun bei einem anderen Anbieter bestellt und die € 28,05 als Erfahrung abgeschrieben. Ein reines Text File ist wirklich nicht ausreichend.

I had the most horrendous experience with Softaken.com! As a customer, I felt utterly disrespected and taken advantage of. From the moment I visited their website, I was met with confusing navigation, broken links, and a total lack of customer support.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Softaken.com at all costs! You will not only waste your precious time and money but also risk exposing your computer system to potential harm. There are countless other options available for more reliable products with actual customer support – don't make the same mistake I did by choosing this horrendous company!

One of the Worst Data Recovery Company in the Market. Misbehave with their own customers and they also didn't refund your money even though you don't use their product any single time. Don't buy any of their software they are completely trash. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction make them an unreliable choice for data recovery services. It is advisable to explore other reputable companies that prioritize customer support and offer reliable solutions.
