On Saturday, July 11, I ordered a $680 voice recognition program online. I inputted all the information that was requested, Including all credit card information. The credit card charge was accepted, but almost immediately I received an email from SoftwareCW telling me that my order had been canceled by SoftwareCW "due to our internal systems detecting this order being a high risk of fraud due to various reasons." I send an email to customer support asking for assistance, but "customer support" -- an AI bot -- responded only with a nonresponsive answer about checking with my bank. Your AI bot obviously had no clue what was happening. You might want to actually employ a human being to deal with this kind of problem, since your AI bot is useless.

I ordered a software from SoftwareCW and was unaware I'd ordered a subscription too. I emailed them and I received a next day email stating they would cancel and refund the charges! Excellent customer service and refund policy!

First of all these guys are the best. I am 74 years old so I am not the swiftest of computers even though I do have some experiance on them. My old computer took a dump on me so I got a newer one but the Operating system was upgraded from Windows 95 to Windows 11. Wow all sorts of changes and Corel Paint Shop Pro x6 wouldnt work anymore so I figured 95 would work so I got it from CW. Nope it wouldnt work so I knew that I was just out of luck and would have to just buy a new version that would work with my OS. Nope again, CW came to my rescue and gave me a credit for the Corel product that didnt work on my new system and now I can get the new Corel app. Thank you CW software. You went beyond what I expected. I will be using you for all my future software needs.

The tools make it easy for an artist to duplicate real tools such as Paint brush, airbrush & pen & pencil...blending tools are excellent.

They answered me same day on a Sunday, and immediately resolved my issue beyond what I had asked. I was both shocked and impressed.

Purchased Office 2021 on line and install went fine. However, Software CW enrolled me in some type of membership deal which I did not request and was not made aware of. Now I have to dispute the charge and go through all the motions of fixing this error.

I had a mixup downloading some CAD software and lost the access code and I wrote to softwareCW support and they helped me out with the download and installation at 9:30 at night which was pretty amazing. It is nice to be trusted that you are telling the truth. I rate the experience very highly indeed.

When I purchased Microsoft 360, it prompted me for my email to send a code. I never got a code. It teied this 3 times and never recieved a code. The code was needed to download the product. I saw they sent me an email though and gave me like a receipt that I paid and a button for product code. Since I never recieved the other codes. Ifigured this was where they had it. So I opened it up. It was just the product code. No the code for download.
I have been trying to reach someone and its been a challenge. When you go online for a return. Ypu ha e 2 choices one is store credit and the ither is a refund to the card you used. No way to speak to someone about what happened.
I sent a response and told them the issue. But I could ony click the store credit button. Like I would want to purchase anything through them again after this. Sonetimes you need a human to explain the issue. Also, I never recieved the product as I never got the code to dowload it. Its a very poor policy!

We purchased the latest version of PrintMaster (for greeting cards, banners, etc.) for Windows 11. Initially we had trouble installing it but after a couple of back-and-forth emails to troubleshoot the issue, we were able to activate & install the program. Responses took some time but I'm sure it was just the number of emails in the queue.

I have used Kofax PDF for many years. I just upgrade it. I have no issue purchasing or downloading the app. I did have an issue within the app though and the technician was AWESOME!! I highly recommend Software CW.

I had an problem downloading at first but later realized the problem was not with the software, it was me. Tech support was there for me. Great job, love the software.

The software is friendly and easy to use. And I found out that the technical support always respond quickly when any issue happens to resolve the issue. I would recommend this as it's basically much cheaper than adobe with the same functions I need.

scamming website selling invalid software keys and using the excuse of “your device wasn’t compatible” i had to purchase the same software somewhere else and it was in fact compatible. they then refuse to refund me for “opening” the key. a key that i couldn’t use because it came up invalid. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

Easy purchasing and software is easy to use.

I previously used an old Sound Forge 10 and when I swapped computers I started using version 14. Again time to change computers but wanted to go back to Version 10. I noticed a new and improved version and got that one. It was very similar to the one I was using in the past yet had some neat new features. I loved it. Thanks so much. I am finding it so easy to use.
