Although there was a slight software downloading glitch, the problem was addressed immediately by customer support and everything turned out great.

SoftwareCW is a fraudulent company - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. There is a reason they are not approved by the BBB. They are cheats and liars. Buyer beware.

I purchased PDF software from Software CW a couple of years back.
First off, the price was good, I’ve purchased a couple of things from them. The main thing for me is the customer support. I had to reset my computer which meant reinstalling all my software. Because it was older, my activation code no longer worked. Because of that, and the PDF co. changing names, I thought I would have a hard time getting the code, if at all. Not only did I get it but they were extremely prompt and polite above it. I would buy from them again.

Didn't realize I had subscribed to an addition service. When I e-mailed customer service they took care of the problem. Very good prompt customer service.

This company is fraudulent and a bunch of scammers. I attempted to download the photo editing software and was never able to use the software due to their system telling me I had an invalid key. I emailed them the same day, never received a response to the fact that I could not use the software. They then billed me for the software that I could not use and refused to refund my money, and the only solution that they would provide after the fact was to help me download a product that my daughter no longer needed for school.

I recently purchased Toast Titanium 19. It was very quick to download and purchase online. I love Toast Products!! I have been using them for 20 years plus.

I purchase Microsoft Office Home and Student 2021 - Instant Download for Windows on 9/7/24. First, I'm being charged $21.00 a month which is not even indicated on my original invoice. It actually states $0.00 for Membership. Second, I can't get into my Microsoft programs. Cancel this membership immediately!

Stay away from these SCAM artists. I tried to purchase Acid Pro 11 and was not able to download the program because it kept asking for a Voucher Number which is nowhere to be found. I contacted the company many times with no response. There was no help. I offered my phone number and still they wouldn't respond. Also, there is no phone number to call and request help. A poor way to run a business.

Downloaded Corel Paintshop Pro X9 and it worked gine for about 3 weeks.. then. poof.. it would not load..or run after a Win11 update. I contacted customer support and we got the issue resolved quickly..,and to my satisfaction.. all is well, S/W working fine.

Their helpful and friendly customer service. I downloaded MS Office and couldn't get it installed. I am 80 years old and was grumpy about the whole thing. (Did being 80 have anything to do with the problem? Probably...) A quick message to SoftwareCW and a quick reply solved the problem.

Bought software online from them and was unable to activate. They refused a refund saying I had already downloaded it. Download, yes. Activate, no. Couldn't pull up the activation form to write in the code.

I agreed to purchase Kofax PDF creator from Software CW. during the purchasing process I was prompted to accept a "trial membership" of their SoftwareCW Plus Membership. I unclicked the pre-clicked box indicating that I did not want to be a member and be invoiced $20 per month for the rest of my life. When I checked out and paid for the Kofax software their website automatically sold me the membership. The Kofax software seems to work as advertised. It took 30 minutes to find a possible way to cancel the CW Plus membership. I sent an email to them indicating my disappointment and instructing them to cancel the membership. I have not heard back from them yet.

These guys are scam artists. I bought Kofax PDF software for $90 and SoftwareCW signed me up for auto-renew on their subscription, initially for $10/month and then suddenly for $20/month. I get absolutely no benefit for this ongoing subscription and did not notice the charges until a few months later.

SoftwareCW are not responsible for my own mistakes
and delivered promptly what I ordered.

The procedure to purchase was quick and painless. In addition I received the necessary download and easy instructions. Can't ask for anything more than that. try SoftwareCW - you will be glad you did.

Purchase software would not install, and there is no real customer support to contact them, you hit contact us then the options are limited all done by email.

The company offered a 15 day trial, which makes it easy to determine if the software is what you need. Then it was easy to purchase the software when the trial was over.

On 29 July 2024 I was promised a full refund of more than AU$1,500 within 3-5 business days on the basis that my circumstances satisfied the refund policy of Software CW. It is now 15 August and no refund has been received by me. I have now asked my bank to assist me in recovering the refund.
