No Poor Service or Fraud here, we have responded to all customer inquiries and have reached out to customer to no avail. Customer messaged us using a different email address then they listed on their order. We believe customer is either using wrong email address, doesnt know what their email address actually is or trying to get free product. Incompetence or fraud???

I don't actually use the software my self but install it for other users. The process to purchase and set up the software was easy using this site. It would be good if the software worked better on Windows 10, I have to run it in compatibility mode which complicates the setup.

Updating older version
I used the download to correct issues I was having with older version of Print Deluxe I've used for years. The download corrected all issues and is working perfectly once again. I have enjoyed and am still enjoying using Print Deluxe. I have always received praise for the various projects I've produced using this product!

Hi I am wondering if there is a Quick way to DRAG the drawing on the screen. Im very ust Autocad 2023 and it allows me with a right click and hold. I may be overlooking something. But other than that i am pretty happy with the software. Heck back in the 90s i used Tirbocad. Ty for your help

Aggressive support and Quality Products
I purchased a product that didn't meet the expectations nor did my system meet the necessary requirements though my system was actually in alignment with the system requirements listed on the site.
I reached out to support immediately and expressed my concerns and was given a very reasonable and acceptable resolution without any hassle.
I was very pleased with both the aggressiveness of support to professionally address the problem, the no hassle attitude and their response.
Would definitely do business with them again!
