softwaredealsusa.com Reviews

There were a few hiccups with the activation key but Oliver at Software Deals USA stuck with it (and me!) until everything was spot on perfect. Thank you!!

You sent me a non-working key! Two of the digits are missing! Send me an active key or refund my payment immediately! If I do not get a new key, I am filing a credit card charge back!

You gave me a TurboTax 2020 Premier key code that did not work. And not I'm trying to figure out how to contact your company to fix it or get a refund.

I was thrilled to find the software I needed at significantly less prices than Amazon! The shopping experience was good and easy to navigate. Thank you!

Even though I got frustrated and tried to give up, Oliver hung in there until the problem with logging in was solved.

I keep receiving license codes that’s been used and an email with someone else’s name. This is my 2nd purchase

Computer with taxes went down. Rushed out to purchase a new computer. I was concerned about losing all of my tax info.

The app would not activate even though the deal comes with unlimited number of activations. Oliver stayed with me for hours getting things to work. (I felt sorry for him since I am a MAC person with a new PC!) There were many go-arounds. After installing the software a second time, got it to activate. I highly recommend this company for its prices and technical support!

SALUDOS, TODO FUE PERFECTO Y SIN NUNGUN PROBLEMA, APARTE QUE EL PRECIO ES EL MEJOR QUE ENCONTRE EN TODO EL MERCADO DE TURBO TAX... 5 ESTRELLAS...

The site was easy to use. The download and activation of the product was straightforward. Will use them again.

Super easy purchase and download. Was installing software minuets after purchase.

It downloaded software i already had, and was not allowed to go in and cancel that order.

This is the second or third year I have purchased from them. Great pricing and fast service.

i purchase turbotax 2022 deluxy on 02/22/2023 and installed on 04/10/2023. When I was activating the software with provied code in the purchase it said all activation for my code have already been used. I am the only user for my purchase. I am stuck now with only a few days left for tax deadline. I sent message to softwaredealsusa.com and received no personal message from them within 24 hrs as claimed. I am sending a second message requesting a new code, see what will be next. Also the support domain from the auto reply is softwareDiscountUSA.com not softwaredealsusa.com, which makes people wonder. Although I am hoping it is not a scam, i got a lesson, won't buy sftware from them next time to save a few bucks but lose more.

I had to check them out before making a purchase, but when I did, everything went very well. The website is clean and easy to navigate. The payment process went off without a hitch. I had TurboTax downloaded, my taxes filed, and an acceptance from the IRS all in one afternoon! Perfect!

Being this was the first time I used softwaredeals I was wondering how long it would take to get my license key so I could use the software. A few minutes after the purchase was approved on my card I was able to download the software. The license key arrived at the same time as the software. Installation and activation was seamless with no problem. I will use them again next year when I need this software package

Great deal on the software that I needed. Easily navigated site and speedy processing. Thank You.

I was unable to install the software on my Windows 11 computer. I requested a refund and last week and I'm still waiting.

Price was super and the purchase process was very friendly.
