Brilliant service. For one, the Moomin bed design is adorable, great materials and my new pup instantly took to it. The downside was so too did my mum’s dog, so I had to order another for her, too! 😂 I changed my mind on the size when I initially ordered, but was very fortunate that I caught it early enough and asked the CS to chance it, which they did. Brilliant item, fast delivery and I’ve already ordered another! ❤️

I ordered shampoo, gel, and a mask for my dog ​​over a month ago. It wasn't delivered, I didn't get a refund, and they're not responding to emails. It looks like a scam.

We have ordered from Soho Poms multiple times and each time we are blown away by the quality of their bags and other pup items! We have 2 of their carriers which our Pomeranian LOVES! He even uses it as a bed when we’re out and about as each bag has a reinforced padded base which is very comfy. We have also brought Soho Pom’s own rose shampoo and it always leaves our Pomeranian’s hair so soft and bouncy.

We have been using Soho Poms since my Pomeranian Melvin was a puppy. We now have three of their carriers; Rainy Bear, Berwick and Camden and love them all! We also get our harnesses from them because they do an excellent range of step in styles for pups who don’t like anything going over their head. Everything we’ve bought is such high quality and beautifully made, we get so many compliments when out and about. They really do pay attention to detail as well with things like a poop bag dispenser inbuilt in the Berwick carrier and a couple of zipper pockets so I’m not carrying everything in a separate bag. The customer service has been nothing but excellent and we look forward to seeing the new ranges! Would 100% recommend not just for small pups but all sizes! 🐶 ♥️ 🐾

I have ordered here last tear. And this year I got new puppy so I had to order for him too! The Moomin products are amazing! All of my three dogs have moomin leashes and collars, all different colors! Good quality and very cute moomin characters🩷

I bought 10 plus items and found them all super luxurious and fantastic. They have super high quality and look really good. durable, practical, pretty,fashionable, perfect!

Purchased the shampoo, conditioner and leave in for the new Pom puppy. It smells amazing and she is so lovely and soft and extra fluffy after first bath. The leave in conditioner is amazing too. So great for use in between baths. My Bonnie’s hair definitely smells better than mine!!! Thank you SohoPoms!

The delivery is never on time. I have to write emails to remind them so the goods can be dispatched. Total mess!

All the items I've purchased from Sohopoms are impeccably made. Every little detail counts. Everything is well-thought-out and made to the highest standard. Email contact is also a pleasure; the ladies are very kind and helpful. I'll definitely be back for more things for my dog. I recommend them to anyone who's unsure; you won't be disappointed!

Ordered a lovely dog bag from Sohopoms which sadly was too small for my dog. I returned this back to them and annoyingly had an issue with the return postage. The team were so helpful in helping me get this resolved. It's a real rarity these days to get genuine help from a genuinely nice team. Special shout out to Charlotte for all her help.

I've shopped at Soho Poms a few times and every time the service has been great! This time in particular it has been amazing, I needed to return a few items to a smaller size which was pretty much seamless. After Soho Poms receiving my items back, they were shipped straight away so I could have them next day - amazing! The communication was always quick, easy and professional. The items itself are 5* alone, the quality of them are really really good and look amazing on my Pomeranians. I would absolutely recommend Soho Poms! Very happy :)

I am revising my review of this company. Although the whole situation was a bit of a month-long headache. The company did correspond with me, and refunded the order that never made it to my home.

Really gorgeous products, my CKC puppy, Lupin, absolutely adores his carrier tote. We had a bit of an issue with the zipper breaking, however the customer service was amazing - Charlotte has been beyond friendly and helpful. We will 100% be buying more from here in the future!

I purchased one of their newest range bags and wow, they have updated them to the highest standard. They are so cool with the poo bag, treat pouch matching harness and leads! Just unreal. Absolutely love it and just can’t wait to keep buying once I get paid!

We received our pet carrier today -the new style Berwick carrier in black. What a lovely carrier! I had been looking for a carrier for a while for our Shih Tzu puppy but hadnt really found one i liked until i came across Soho Poms. The carrier is well made, strong, i love that it has a comfortable firm mattress like base, we got a medium which seems a great size for our puppy as she is not quite fully grown yet, and it looks beautiful ❤️ we cant wait to get out and about using it 😊
We had abit of trouble getting it (as our local DPD had all their van full of parcels stolen, including ours 🤦🏻‍♀️) but when contacting Soho Poms for help they couldn’t have done more, was really helpful, and made sure we got it the next day after speaking with them! 👌🏻
