We received our pet carrier today -the new style Berwick carrier in black. What a lovely carrier! I had been looking for a carrier for a while for our Shih Tzu puppy but hadnt really found one i liked until i came across Soho Poms. The carrier is well made, strong, i love that it has a comfortable firm mattress like base, we got a medium which seems a great size for our puppy as she is not quite fully grown yet, and it looks beautiful ❤️ we cant wait to get out and about using it 😊
We had abit of trouble getting it (as our local DPD had all their van full of parcels stolen, including ours 🤦🏻♀️) but when contacting Soho Poms for help they couldn’t have done more, was really helpful, and made sure we got it the next day after speaking with them! 👌🏻

I honestly cannot recommend Soho Poms enough! Everything they create is absolute perfection, but their carriers are on another level. I have two now and love them so much!!!
The carriers are not only stunningly stylish, but also incredibly practical and well made. The quality is obvious the moment you open the box — luxurious materials, thoughtful design, and so comfortable for my pup. You can tell they’ve really considered both aesthetics and functionality. I get compliments every single time we’re out!

Excellent bags for dogs!!!
The bag I purchased is of the highest quality, I’m really impressed. The design is brilliant, my dog Alan settled really well inside it which he has found difficult to do in other doggy carry bags. The fluffy lining kept him super cosy particularly in the snow and I think the sturdy base helped him relax and feel safe. Can’t rate it highly enough! I feel like we will be getting more in different colours in the not too distant future.

Would not hesitate to order from this wonderful company again and again! We bought the rainy days carrier for our miniature dachshund, but needed to exchange for a size up. Customer service team was so lovely and got back to me promptly and amended the order straight away. Beautiful products and stunning quality! Otis loves his carrier we wanted one that was supportive and cosy and that's exactly what we got. After a long walk he falls asleep in it, which just proves how cosy it is!

Please read all the reviews before ordering from this company. The shampoo and conditioner were clearly diluted with water, and the hair mask I received was expired. This is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful. Very disappointing experience.

We are extremely disappointed to read this review, especially after the matter has already been fully addressed with clear evidence.
As shown in our previous correspondence, none of the products you received were expired and they were all well within date. We do not sell expired grooming products — ever. That is simply not how we operate.
In addition, our shampoos and conditioners are not diluted or “watered down.” They just need a shake due to the product sitting still. We buy Pomeranian Beauty in from Spain, and we retail them exactly as received. We do not alter, dilute or tamper with any products.
It is very upsetting for a small business like ours to recieve public accusations that are untrue, particularly after we have taken the time to provide evidence and clarify the situation.
We always welcome genuine feedback and are happy to resolve real issues, but statements suggesting we sell expired or diluted products are serious claims and must be based on fact.
We stand by the quality and authenticity of the products we stock.

Such beautiful and high quality items! We recently received the carnaby teddy bear carrier and harness in cocoa bean. It’s so soft and cosy! Our Bella absolutely loves it! She was so comfortable in the carrier not only because of the super soft material but also because of the thick cushion on the base. We especially love all the pockets and the poo bag holder is such an amazing feature! You can carry everything all in one place. Can’t recommend enough! The best carrier we have ever owned and love that there is a harness to match too!

Dreadful & rude customer service
3rd Update
I do not accept that my emails were “extremely hostile,” as they claim. I have kept the entire email thread between myself & Sohopoms & invite the company to evidence their claim by pointing to where I was hostile? Sohopoms also state:
“staff deserve to be spoken to with basic respect. We will always remain professional, but we will not accept being spoken to in a manner that is aggressive or accusatory”
This of course is true, but their assertion is that I was aggressive/accusatory. However, I have never spoken to a staff member at Sohopoms so don’t understand their point & again have the entire email thread to prove my correspondence was neither aggressive or accusatory.
Sohopoms told me they would remove their response only if I removed my review! My belief is that Sohopoms wrote a blatantly inflammatory & false response about me, knowing I would complain, in order to hold me hostage to only taking it down if I followed suit. Very interesting/scary how this company operates when receiving a negative review. If you read my initial review, whilst negative, it’s not aggressive or abusive but on this alone SohoPoms used my email address to send me unsolicited emails berating for doing so!
Their claim that
“Our follow-up emails were not sent to intimidate or silence you, but to correct what we believe to be inaccurate claims regarding legal obligations”
Is not correct, their continued unwanted contact led to me blocking the company - never ever had I to do such a thing before.
Not to be outdone , Sohopoms then reported my review to Trustpilot as defamatory. Trustpilot reviewed the matter and confirmed that my review did not breach their guidelines and would remain published. This constituted a misuse of the reporting system. My review reflects my genuine experience.
My unfortunate interaction with Sohopoms has been incredibly eye opening & I can only wonder if they treat every customer who dares to leave a honest but not 5 star review to the same treatment. How many other customers have removed their negative reviews under pressure from the company?
2nd Update!!!
I have read your response and strongly dispute the claim that I was “aggressive” That is simply not supported by the email thread. In contrast, your customer service representative continued to send unsolicited emails after I had clearly requested that contact stop, which ultimately led me to block your company.
All communication has been retained and submitted to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as part of a formal complaint regarding misuse of my data. The email thread speaks for itself.
You are entitled to disagree with my review, but making unfounded allegations about my behaviour is unacceptable & I strongly suggest you remove the false & defamatory allegations immediately.
UPDATE:
Sohopoms have seen my review & decided to send me several unsolicited emails telling me my review is ‘inappropriate’ & to refrain from this behaviour’
What on earth!!!! My review was a honest account of my experience shopping with sohopom & the rude, unhelpful customer service. Leaving a negative review is neither inappropriate or something that I should refrain from if it’s warranted. Nothing stated below is incorrect or misrepresented. They have now sent me several emails & as a result I’ve been forced to block them! Never ever have I experienced this before! Unbelievable.
Dreadful & rude customer service. I requested to return a dog harness. I stated that if the exchange had been free I would’ve chosen to exchange. But having already been charged an extortionate £5.99 delivery fee on a £16 item, it did not make sense to spend another £5.99 (not including fee to return the harness) I requested a full refund including P&P costs as as per consumer contract regulations 2013. However, SOHO Poms state because i mentioned the harness was too small this negates them from refunding postage. Apparently they rely on customers stating legalise ‘ statutory right to cancel the contract in full within the cooling-off period. ’ So advice to anyone wishing to return an item is to just state the above for a full refund. It’s purely a technicality but they insist on it.
They ended their email with ‘ We consider the matter clarified and will not be entering into further debate over this point.’ Nice!!!!! That’s fine SoHo Pom - I’ll take my custom else where & will not shop with you in the future. You’ve saved £5.99 but lost my future purchases.

To clarify for transparency — under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, original outbound postage is only refundable where a customer cancels their order in full within the cooling-off period. This does not apply where the return is due to sizing preference or where only part of an order is being returned. This is standard retail practice and is not unique to Soho Poms. No business refunds original postage costs outside of those circumstances.
In your case, the harness was not faulty, nor was the order cancelled in full under statutory cancellation terms. It was returned due to being too small. Therefore, as per regulations and our clearly stated policy, the original postage was not refundable.
We must also address the tone of communication directed toward our team. The language used in your emails was extremely hostile and unnecessary. We are a small business and our staff deserve to be spoken to with basic respect. We will always remain professional, but we will not accept being spoken to in a manner that is aggressive or accusatory.
Our follow-up emails were not sent to intimidate or silence you, but to correct what we believe to be inaccurate claims regarding legal obligations. We are entitled to clarify our position where our business practices are publicly misrepresented.
We stand by our handling of this matter and by our team.
We wish you all the best moving forward.

I purchased the yeti red harness in…
I’m not usually one to write a review but was so impressed by the quality of the item purchased and customer service! I purchased the yeti red harness in large for my adult mini labradoodle it fits perfectly 👌 and she looks adorable in it 🥰 it’s of an extremely high quality and lovely and soft. Not too thick but warm enough for the winter months 🥰 I live in a semi rural area where it’s expected post is a little slower. I purchased late evening past business hours and the item was dispatched the next morning and within 2 days of purchasing arrived 😁 the service was excellent I couldn’t ask for more! I’d definitely purchase again from soho poms! I’ve already ordered the blue yeti harness to add sew on snowflakes and wings to turn into her Christmas outfit as they are of a luxury quality!
