oredered a dress showing as in stock. Took three weeks to arrive. Clearly hasnt come from London even though the shop shows a London address. When dress eventually arrived the sizing was way too small and not as good quality as appeared on-line. Complete waste of money and not even going to bother returning after reading reviews on here

Company says London but clearly not, payed £39 for a dress thats not worth even £20, sent email to find out how to return and all I got offered was 20% refund or 50% discount off next order which i won't be doing, from other reviews its not worth even trying to return as you wont get a penny back.

Absolutely dreadful. Do not order from this shop. The worst quality I have ever seen. If they gave clothes to me for free I wouldn't take them.

Do not use - avoid completely. Clearly not based in London or even in the UK. Wish I'd seen the reviews before buying 3 dresses 'on offer'. They arrived and didn't fit right at all, awful quality.
This 'company' are a total scam and the website needs closing down. I refused to accept their offers of partial refunds and discounts on further purchases and paid shipping to China as I simply wanted a refund. Surprise, surprise, 'Lisa' is now saying my parcel cannot be found and perhaps has been lost in transit. I sent my parcel months ago! I'm furious with myself that I fell for 'fast fashion' and that this company have been allowed to rip sooo many people off.

I ordered a pair of zara high wasted boot leg jeans. What I received was NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO ON THE SITE. I have emailed this company to ask about returning the jeans, but heard nothing. So my adivice: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE AN OUTFIT ANYTHING LIKE YOU SEE ON THE WEBSITE. TOTAL SCAM.

Poor quality and misleading information! I ordered 2 shirts from the website, the shirts I received were not the colour that was on the website, the quality is extremely poor and they have refused to refund the money. They said I either return the items at my own expense to China or take a 50% refund. Neither of which I am happy with, they website says if the item is incorrect they will cover the return but they are refusing to do so. It is also extremely misleading that they have a London address on their website but expect me to return the item to China?? I will definitely not recommend them, I will not be ordering from them again, it seems someone from the UK has set up a website and when they get an order they place an order on Temu or something, no wonder the quality and item is nothing as advertised on their site. I also received the item after 2 weeks, I only ordered because I thought it was based in UK. Honestly, don't waste your money on this site, the customer service is atrocious as well, I didn't receive a response for over a week and I had to send them an email again to see if anyone will reply. I have still not received my "50% refund" which they only agreed to after I refused a "30% refund and 50% off my next order", I have no use of the 50% off because of how atrocious the quality of their product is, literally Temu items advertised as "good quality". I will also be reporting them to the ombusdman

Don't buy from this website! The clothes that arrive are clearly cheap knock offs shipped directly from China. They are charging extortionate prices for quality worse than Shein or Temu. When I tried return a jumper that quite clearly did not match the image on their website I was offered a 20% refund. Yes 20%! Oh and a generous offer for 50% off my next order...

While the customer service emails may come from "Lisa" they seem to be exclusively sent between midnight and 6am and apparently items have to be returned internationally. There is NOTHING "London" about this brand.

Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy wasting your money on terrible quality clothes.
