DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Not only was my item completely different to what I thought I was buying, they are now requesting that I return the item back to china even though the address on the website is in London!!

Dont use this company.Ordered a black swimsuit with coloured stripes they sent a black one.They insisted it was my mistake and refused a refund and to give return address. I raised the issue with the bank to get a refund and they accused me of fraud!Definately steer clear of this company.

Low quality items. Company based in China but pretends to be in London.

Beware of this company. It would appear to be a UK-based business with a UK business address but is in fact a front for a Chinese company. I am in dispute with the company as an item my wife ordered does not fit her properly and I requested a full refund. I was offered various partial refund offers but when insisting I return the item (at my expense), for a full refund, the postal address given to me was in China. I believe this is an example of unfair traiding as nowhere in their returns policy does it state a returns address. I keep offering to return the item to their UK business address but they keep insisting I return it to China.They also now say I am outside of their 30 day return deadline - even though I started this returns process weeks ago. I will look into other ways to get my money back and to report this company for sharp practice.

Item (shorts) poor quality and flimsy. Look nothing like the marketing advert.
No label or invoice. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Ordered a dress which was a lot of money it arrived two weeks later on first impressions it was in a plastic bag that was dirty. Then I opened it to the dress looking nothing like the picture it was see through the material was thin and cheap and I can only explain it as looking like it was of shein. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and put it on to notice the zip was split and broke and I couldn't even do it up.
Emailed the company for a refund and I would happily send the dress back as I couldn't use or wouldn't use due to the poor quality and broken zip and all I got was offer after offer instead of offering me a return. Then when I demanded a return they told me that I have to pay for postage and possibly for other things as irs abroad and if it got "lost" they still wouldn't give me my money back!!

I will be going to trading standards to report this company.

Ordered shirts from this company took a good while to arrive, found out they come from China. They are very cheap looking and poor quality. Now having hassle getting a refund, so be warned

Ordered what was described and shown as a chunky knit jumper. Arrived a totally different shade to the photo and was as chunky as a dishcloth and semi see through.

Claim to be a London company…
Claim to be a London company established in 1999 but there is no such company... shipping is from China. Returns require post payment to ChinaReverse search the clothing items show multiple are from other companies
They also pretending to be several other 'UK' companies including Fennela London, Light In The Box, Lily &Rose Boutique, Soho Style, Harpers Boutique of Manchester...
