I bought the Sole F63 treadmill in 2009 and LOVE it (best investment ever) and recommended it to my son and he bought one in April and loves his!
Great bike/terrible support
The SB900 is a great bike with a lame monitor and Sole is unresponsive to the problem. CS and tech support are not very good.
Liers and BAD business practices
Liers and Sh1tty business practices. Sh1tty and absent customer service.
I purchased the elliptical e95s a month ago 5/17/2020. For only one reason.
Their website said the equipment will be shipped 6/4. So it didn't happen. I waited a week till 6/10. I then emailed them and asked where is it. They gave me a tracking # and said it's shipped. Now it's 8 days I am emailing them because that tracking# is not recognized by the shipper.
And their support person gives me standard answers:
a. Sorry
b. Get a refund
c. I am setting the right expectation (is to have no expectations actually).
So I have no idea how much longer do I need to wait, but if I knew they purposely lie about the delivery dates - I would not place the order.
SOLE is full of **** (You know what is the word)
Buy from another reputable vendor. The reputation of SOLE is TRASH.
SUPPORT of SOLE is TRASH as well.

incompetent customer service
Ordered a recumbent bike 05/05/2020. Was told AFTER I made the order they were back ordered. Was told several times would arrive by 06/03/2020 at the latest. That date passed, called AGAIN and told the container was sitting in Carson waiting to be broken down & shipped. Spoke to the shipping company & no date/time scheduled to ship. Called Sole again 06/12/2020 & inquired. Was told they would speak to the shipper and get a confirmed date. they said they would call me by Monday or Tuesday. I had to call them Thursday because I have not received a call. When I spoke to the rep Thursday he sounded like he could care less and said "Yup, it's still there. Don't know what to tell ya". So I had him cancel my order. 2 months, unacceptable! And the fact that they don't even care really says a lot about this company! Anybody giving them an excellent review is crazy!
Customer service/support is dismal!
I purchased the Sole E98 5/9/2020, still nothing showing up! I have emailed them more than 5 times and not even a response! The customer service would get a ZERO STAR if it could. I’m sure that whoever received their machine might have a good rating for the machine, but if you ever need support you might have a different rating!
Terrible Service and Questionable Honesty
Here is a chain of my frustration with an LCR bike order 5/4
I’m writing again on the status of my order. To recap:
May 29, 2020 my credit card was charged for the purchase.
June 1, 202 you told me that my unit had left your facility and is on its way. That I would receive a tracking number either that day or June 2.
June 4, 2020 since I had not received a tracking number I sent another email to you. I did not receive a response from you.
June 8, 2020 I sent another email to you as a follow up to my June 4th email. You replied that same day telling me that my order has shipped, provided the tracking number of ************ and said that I can track my order at (at their shipping company). I went to that website and they have no record of my shipment or that tracking number.
June 11, 2020 I sent another email asking about where my bike was. You replied that same day with a generic response but said that it was taking time to get the tracking updated in the system. I didn’t understand that response but accepted it.
June 15, 2020 Another email from me with a response from you that a tracking number has been assigned but that you are working to getting the equipment shipped out. This is directly contrary to the emails of 6/1, 6/4 and 6/8 where you told me that my unit had shipped.
6/16 Another email from me with another generic response from you stating that you are hoping to get the tracking numbers updated now by next week. This is contrary to the emails of 6/1 where I would get a tracking number later that day or the next day and 6/8 where the tracking should be up in the “next few days.”
I am beyond frustrated with Sole and their handling of this matter. They are not being honest in their responses to me. I spoke with arcb and they do not have the order anywhere in the system despite your emails telling me my order has shipped.
I would sincerely appreciate an honest response as to the status of my order and not some generic response that is being sent out to other customers.
They have constantly told me things that simply aren't true - that my unit has shipped, you have a tracking number, etc.
I understand these are difficult times but you can still be upfront with people. If I am told there is an unfortunate delay I can at least accept that. What i can't accept is being told something that isn't true simply to get me off their back.

I ordered an LCR Recumbant Bike from Sole on 5-5-2020 and got a notice it would ship 6-5-2020....
On 6-8-2020 I decided to email them and ask if it had been shipped.
They replied back and gave me a tracking number. The number was phony!
I contacted Arcbest (the shipping company) on 6-15-2020 and the phony number was not in their system!
They ignore my emails and their phone queue is full, so you can't leave them a message.
I spent $1499 of my hard earned money on this.
Either give me my money back or send me the damn bike!

I have never experienced this level of bad customer service. I ordered (4/27) a Sole SB900 Bike for my daughter-in-law's birthday. Her birthday has since pasted. I have submitted their forms and sent emails only to get the runaround. The last email told me it was in shipping, but did not give me tracking information and the shipping company had not received anything in my name. They have you over a barrel because this is the only source that carries the bike she wanted. It's been a very frustrating ordeal and I would not recommend buying anything from this company.

Sole has absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered their LCB exercise bike by telephone over a month ago. They got my money...$1200, but I don’t have a bike. I can’t get anyone on the phone and you can’t leave a voice message...they literally don’t answer the phone. I’ve sent multiple emails over the last 2 weeks and am still unable to get anyone to call me. What a terrible company to deal with. Apparently they are located in California. I guess that explains the crumby work ethic and the “I don’t give a crap attitude” when it comes to customer service. Very disappointing.
I want to purchase the climber but can't get anyone to answer a few questions
Update:. Sole finally got back with me. They were experiencing a huge surge in sales and have been overwhelmed. I did order the climber and expect to receive in a few weeks.
This review is not about the product because I have yet to buy it. This review is about trying to get in contact with someone...anyone from Sole fitness. I researched and was sold on their climber. However, when I called their number, it was answered by a machine. Could not leave a VM because the VM box was full. Emailed them and asked:

I have yet to hear back. Emailed them again a few days later asking if they are still in business. Still no reply. Frustrating because it really looks like a good product but I don't want to place an order and spend that amount of money without having my questions answered.

The Sole treadmill is an excellent piece of equipment--solidly built and quiet and easy to operate. Mine was delivered and set up for me: both were professionally handled. There was, however, a broken piece that prevented the machine from being able to use the incline function. I called the company, they sent the part, and a couple of weeks later I technician came to replace the part. So in addition to a great machine, Sole has outstanding customer service.

Jeg købte i september 2015 et løbebånd af mærket Sole F85 i Abilica i Aarhus.
Det er repareret flere gange både indenfor og udenfor garantiperioden.
Da jeg har stillesiddende natarbejde, er det en stor hjælp til at holde kroppen i form, at jeg har båndet stående, og jeg har brugt det flittigt i perioder flere timer dagligt fem-seks dage om ugen.
Det var derfor en stor ærgrelse, da det for nyligt gik i stykker igen. Båndet begyndte at køre skævt. Og til sidst accelererede det helt vildt.
Jeg skrev til Abilica online og bad om et uforpligtende tilbud på, hvad det ville koste at reparere.
I dag fik jeg svar.

Things to think about before ordering and update to previous review. Part 2
This is an update to the review I've been writing. It must have run out of room because it would not allow me to write anymore.
UPDATE--Feb. 4, 2020-- I received the check. I also heard back from the Attorney Generals office on Jan, 29th. There was no end in site to any of this after nearly a year and brand new out of the box so I filed the complaint.
If you're reading this, you're probably researching the company or a specific product the company sells. By writing this, maybe it can help someone, and I would say this for any treadmill/fitness company out there. This is all for IF there is a problem(s).
First, I would say give your treadmill, or whatever it is you ordered a go through. Test it out at a level that is safe for you. Don't overdue your ability, just test it out at whats safe for you. Test the speed, incline etc... Make sure it works and nothing is wrong with it when you get it put together and keep an eye on things when you use it for anything that's not working or if it starts making weird loud noises while the 30 day return policy is active.
If you order this and there is a problem, do you have a job that you can take off time over and over and over again? Or do you need to be at work? Maybe you work from home and having a tech come out 8+ times is not a problem?
If a tech needs to come out 8+ times, are you ok with that? Are you ok with an endless revolving door of phone calls, emails, parts being sent out, tech appointments, and the tech needing to reschedule the originally scheduled appointment?
I mean, hopefully if there is a problem(s), it's fixed the first time and multiple appointments are not needed, but that was not the case with my treadmill. Are you OK with this? What will you do? At this point after the 30 day return policy expires, they have to deem it irreparable for an exchange or return/refund (at least as far as I understand it). They'll just keep sending out more parts and more parts and more and more tech appointments (which means more phone calls/emails with Sole and more phone calls/emails/texts with the tech) This went on for nearly a year- nonstop.
All this goes back to your job and how you'll feel with a brand new treadmill that needs never ending part, part part, tech, tech, tech.
Just to be more clear on the squealing/screeching noise. Take for example 3.0-4.0 mph. 3.0, 3.1, 3.2 all sound fine and dandy. Something happens at 3.3 and a very loud screeching starts and it goes all the way from 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, then 3.8 is all fine and dandy again, as is 3.9 and 4.0.
It was so loud (when i did actually use it, which was little) I had to either stop what i was doing on the treadmill and turn up or down the tablet i was listening to, or try not to trip over myself while the treadmill was on turning the volume up or down.
I still don't understand how they didn't hear this in the videos i sent as they claimed. I feel they were being dishonest. There's no way they didn't hear it.
Or the ticking. It was loud and morphed into double "ticks". I sent a near 14 minute video of this ticking and it went the full time. That was just for the video, it would have done it for as long as i was on it- zero sign of it stopping. Sometimes it would tick for 5 min, then stop and start again, no rhyme or reason, other times it would do that the entire time.
Then the incline constantly breaking down and "E3" on the display next to the incline spot. Not to mention the first incline problem of the metal on metal grinding.
My parents have decided to give me their treadmill, of which my sub 3 marathon running sister has put well over 1,000 miles on it alone, not to mention all the other use its gotten. It's great
I didn't write this to fear monger, this was my experience, straight from delivery out of the box and multiple other problems within months of delivery.
I hope, as is said "I just got a bad one".

Forget customer service
Forget customer service - can you find where they are located?
They oversold their special - then gave me the tracking number for ABF systems who deliver. I had bought the package with assembly included. Once I did get through to ABF they said their voice system has been down for months and good luck reaching anyone. The tracking number that Sole Fitness had given me was not a good number. Also ABF did not show my product in line for next month of received nor receiving items.
I feel this company is in violation of consumer protection laws in the State of Washington. No recourse here - just a bunch of stories to hold the consumer off. Makes me worried that they are going out of business in the near future - buyer beware with this company.

Horrible delivery. Scheduled between 8 and 12, no show and no call. So I called them to see where my delivery is, they said they dont service my area in the morning.
You got me once ABF, never again.

Excellent experience with this company! I received phone calls to mKe sure the delivery and set up people had arrived. My treadmill is everything the description promised. It has many features that make it perfect....Multiple places to change lift and speed, a flexible deck, which is kinder to my knees, a place for my iPad, and phone and a fan, which is most welcome.
I would highly recommend this company. The price was fantastic!
Terrible experience
I had ordered my treadmill in October. After the movers not only were too lazy to get my treadmill upstairs in my apartment, they also left damage in my hallways.! Instead of taking it from the box(3 men) they pushed, yelled, just horrible people. I missed 3 days of work in total, was making multiple phone calls weekly.... I was paying for a product I didn’t even have. So, it’s the middle of December, I canceled my imaginary treadmill. Awful customer service. Funny I got big appliances delivered, and these “men” couldn’t deliver.

The whole order/delivery process was executed in a very efficient manner. Installation was performed expertly. Most important - I am really impressed with the Sole S-77 and would do the whole process over again. It is great to have it available 24/7, especially when I can walk on it and look out the window to see our nice, snowy Denver weather outside!
