Bowflex is not taking any accountability for my order now that it is in the possession of the shipper. When I inquired why there was such a delay (its now been 2 weeks), the response was to place full responsibility on the shipper. Now I'm receiving threatening emails from Bowflex that I will have to pay for return shipping even though I finally worked to get a delivery date from the shipper. Your customer service shouldn't end at the shipping dock. It should end once your customer receives the product and renders a satisfactory response. I took advantage of a fitness program incentive when I purchased my bike and 2 weeks of my free trial period are already burned up due to the long transit.

The item shipped quickly and arrived in good condition. The instructions were intuitive and the electronic set up and downloads were automatic

Adrian @ extension 1282 helped answer some preliminary questions for us. Later, when we were ready to make the purchase, we called him back and he was able to get us a better deal than the website published offer.

Brand new Bowflex Max Trainer M9 does not work. I unpackaged and assembled this $2,200 machine, but the console is inoperable: it asks for an update, but I receive an error code when I click on ;Update' prompt. I contacted customer support and was told that someone would get in touch with me within 5 business days. After reading several online forums, I learned that this is not uncommon. However, it IS completely unacceptable.
