Absolutely dreadful company
Absolutely dreadful company, don't touch them with a barge pole! I thought it was a genuine UK company I was buying from. Their website is solvaro.uk.com and it looked safe to me.They took my £250, sent me an email with tracking info. For about a week, nothing showed up. I emailed their customer service team, nothing. Then I realised it was coming from China, not the UK. So I emailed again and said I wanted to cancel my order as they had mislead me. When it eventually arrived, we tried to set it up in our kitchen. We have a big kitchen, but all it did was spend 10 minutes going back and forth, not even touching the skirting boards. Then it got stuck. So I went to Mastercard, and I also emailed them to tell them what I was doing. Only then did they reply to me! After Mastercard had contacted them. Firstly I said if they didn't give me a refund within 24 hours I was going to write some dreadful but honest reviews on here and on Google. They are now saying they will send it to their dedicated team for a full review and due to the high amount of enquiries they are getting ( because they are selling rubbish) their experts are working diligently (they mean their highly qualified team of fraudsters) to process requests in the order they are received.Once the review is complete, we will come back to you to provide a solution. What a load of C**p! Avoid this company like the plague! Also I noticed that they didn't charge any VAT on the robot hoover. I found this information 'A Chinese business pretending to be UK-based while shipping from China without charging VAT is engaging in tax evasion'.
Update! I received this email from them yesterday:

1.We can refund 15% of your order amount while you keep the product.
2.You can return the item for a refund (shipping cost will be at your expense). Once we receive the undamaged product, we'll process your refund minus any applicable handling fees.
Important Note: Please don't send any returns until we provide the correct return address. The address on your package is not our returns facility - sending items there may result in loss.
Please let me know which option you prefer so I can assist you further.
Then I got another reply, all from a so called Karen, who repeated the first part of the procedure, send us the video etc reporting the problem, and our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
I replied, please give me your UK address, so I can take you to the small claims court.
This was their reply:

6.The refund will be processed after we receive the item.
