Worst bike ever
Worst bike ever. I only used it three times in 6 months. Even though I charge the battery the motor is not responding the display LCD does not turn on. I called Sondors and send a Tech whose name is Grant Galas with the request # 175427 he call me once to make some testing sent me a prong which is a green plug with the instruction to make some test to see if the motor was responding which I did. After that he never call me and sent me email with excuses telling me that the LCD did not have to be on which I knew obviously because it had to be disconnected to plug the prong and test the motor. After that I could not get a hold of him and I remain with an useless bike that costed more than $1400

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been trying to get parts for the original satire for over six months. I called and emailed dozens of times to no avail. Customer service is abysmal. I just purchased the Metacycle and I am sure that I'm going to regret it.....

I had a part that needed replacing
I had a part that needed replacing. They are sending it and I will replace it. They offered the option of taking it to a local bike shop - but this should be an easy fix.
Jay was very knowledgeable and nice.
Ordering/delivery/Finished Product
The ordering process went great and the products delivered in a timely fashion. I have not yet opened the boxes but so far the process was excellent. We’re excited to get riding!
Since putting the bikes together one screw was missing however they were great and shipped the replacement out very quickly! Online instructions very easy to follow. Love the finished product. Great job!
Returning these beautiful bikes
The bikes are beautiful and easy to assemble. Unfortunately after charging the battery they would not power up. The next morning I call SonDors and they couldn’t help me. They sent me a bunch of videos to watch and a link to schedule an appointment with a technician. I schedule a phone appointment, leave work early and nobody calls during stated time. So I call and at first I’m told I’ll need to reschedule, I said I’ll just return, then was told they would escalate and see if someone could call. I received a call about 15 minutes later. The technician was able to resolve getting the to turn on which are bent contacts for the battery. They are going to send me replacements, which I assume I have to install. In addition one of the bikes has much more rolling resistance than the other and the pedal assist doesn’t work. I notified the tech in one email and he neglected to address. So I emailed again and he responded I needed to schedule another appointment. I am done with these I bought them for enjoyment and they have been anything but that. I will be returning them.

Incomplete Shipments
Unfortunately, I thought Sondors made good on a recent open box order. Again, the replacement package was not complete. Very disappointed with their quality control. They seem to be incapable of ensuring that the box includes all items and the items work as advertised. No accessory box and battery compartment key does not fit.

sondors sent me a part under warranty within the bike was just out of the warranty ,i thought it was very nice for them to send the part but it is the wroung part now i have to buy the correct part i felt condors should have corrected the part

If you do read the posting further below, you'll read that I do appreciate the fact that the company is willing to replace the damaged wheel rim... Although, I received a shipment confirmation email on 12/9/22 (The new wheel was expected to arrive 12/14). It did not and now TODAY is 12/20/22. FedEx informs that it has never been received by "the shipper".
Also, You Buy It, YOU OWN IT... NO RETURN POLICY. YOU OPEN THE BOX AND IT IS YOURS... NO GOING BACK!
So, Choose Wisely, because I found several Superiorly Equipped, more Powerful and also just as High Quality eBikes for same price or less! From many competitors to SONDORS. Search YouTube videos and do your research before you BUY!
P.S... IF they send you to speak to a "TECH" (Technical Support)... To be honest, the guy named GRANT, must hate his job, in my opinion. He was less than nice (to put it NICELY). I'd even say that he was indeed condescending, in tone and attitude. Not a pleasant experience at All.

I unfortunately received my Fold-X with some damage (during shipping) to the front wheel rim and brake disc/rotor.
I reached out to the customer service and left an after hours message. Promptly, the next morning I received and email and replied explaining my issues. Then the next day I received a call from tech support and they ha e quickly shipped me out a replacement at no cost (as it should be). Very great customer service and I highly recommend SONDORS Products! Ridiculously High Quality (fun inducing) Products!
