Cool bikes, Reliable, & good service ifu need parts or help !

Had a problem with one of the pedals on my bike and the problem was handled very well and I was very pleased with the results.

It took 10 days to get through to parts dept , and then getting my address wrong , my name wrong , my email wrong , there are a lot better bikes out there now

Ever since I purchased my Fold X over two years ago, I’ve had nothing but wonderful service from Sondors. When I do need replacement parts, they come extremely fast. And if I need any advice, your customer service is above reproach. It’s been a joy dealing with you all, and I can’t wait for many more years of the same wonderful service.

Ordering thru delivery without a hitch. Bought in stock LX. The only complaint is regards the motor. It is a 1000 watt Bafang but tuned down to 750 watts to comply with California law. Somehow, i had an impression that it could be adjusted up to make full use of motor. Wrong. 750 is not bad, but 1000 is way better.

Rides like a dream, comfortable fast and effortless. As a heart patient I can’t get heart rate up due to meds. being able to cruise and keep up is very nice. The bike is strong and service has been excellent.

First bike was returned DOA no power, second bike no air in one fork leg resulting in a 7/8” miss alignment in fork length. Also dead headlight. Third bike has been great except 6 goat head punctures on first ride. I will give five stars on service, excellent response on problems!

The process from email marketing to website link and ordering was seamless. Account creation imported my personal info from the other sondors metacycle website. My card was already on file and ordering took only about a minute. Fastest order I ever placed and I got two refurbished electric bikes for less than the price of one new bike.

The Sondors Step is a really nice bike, with one exception: the chain walks off of the front sprocket in 1st & 2nd gear. Seven speeds is to much lateral chain movement for a bike with no front derailleur to guide the chain. Sonos is aware of the issue, because when I contacted support, they had a guide that bolts to the frame to keep the chain on the front sprocket. They charged me $25 for the part and I had to wait two weeks for it to boot. In simple terms, this is BS. A known issue, with a known solution, and the customer has to pay extra just to get a functional bike? Ridiculous. Other than that, I love it.

I’m pleased with the way my help request was handled. I had two little pieces on my rockstar that needed to be replaced and they acted swiftly and honoured the warranty on one of the pieces. That was nice and appreciated 🦋. I wish Sondors could find a creative way to reduce the shipping costs to Canada for those small items. It was twice the price of the item in this case! I’m sure Sondors will look into it and find a better way.
