Fell in love with the Vasagle furniture look in the photos on Amazon, decided I had to buy the single barn door cabinet.
I was annoyed that Amazon wanted to add £9.99 on for delivery so thought I'd check elsewhere & found Songmics had the full range of Vesagle at Amazon prices but with free delivery over £50 or so.
I ordered the cabinet, DPD's delivery service was excellent & to my door ( the package was too heavy for me to lift!).
I started assembly, found every piece was labelled to the instruction leaflet so it was hard to go wrong!
So assembly straightforward, cabinet's wood & metal components superbly made & final finish wonderful!
Songmics Customer Service superb when I contacted them on another matter & I will be buying more Vasagle furniture from them again very soon!!

As with the review below felt I should write one after reading all the horror stories... ordered 8 pieces for our new office on Monday evening, received tracking info the next day saying that delivery was going to be split between Hermes and DPD.

The 3 heaviest, and biggest items (desk, bookcase and large cabinet) arrived today via DPD, only 2 days after receiving shipping confirmation - great considering the situation at the minute. Checked all the boxes, and all items arrived in perfect condition with all the components.

Currently awaiting the remaining items to arrive via Hermes (apparently they are still awaiting the items at the minute, but the ticket and tracking has been created), but after this first lot I have to say I have none of the initial worries I did after reading some of the other feedback!

Dont usually write reviews but felt i needed to after seeing so many bad comments.

First of all delivery on the website does say around 20 business days, i ordered two computer desks and they took around that time to come. These are heavy desks and are shipping from Germany, couple that with Covid restrictions and Brexit courier issues i find that delivery time reasonable.

On to the items themself, im extremely impressed, they look great, are very sturdy and were simple to assemble. For how little they cost i dont think you can find better.

I bought a dining table, a coffee table and a book shelf ladder from Songmics. I wanted to go for Industrial Theme and they had the best looks, quality and very economical rates. I just struggled a bit with return of my dining table as it did not go with my pre-bought chairs. Responses were slow but that could be due to Covid. All in all I am happy with the stuff I have from Songmics.

Spent a lot of time researching an affordable desk option and settled on the Vasagle Rustic Brown Office Desk with hooks and matching floating shelves for our home office. Despite some reviews saying otherwise, this was a doddle to put together single handed. It’s solid, doesn’t wobble when you use it for writing on and looks great. Fantastic value for money.

Also a big shout out to the customer services team - especially Winnie. Despite their phone being permanently on voicemail (understandable at the moment), they responded to all my emails within 24 hours. Tracking details went a bit quiet after being passed to Yodel but felt reassured that communications were being answered. Arrived after a couple of weeks - again understandable right now.

For quality at a great price would recommend this company.

Der Feandrea Kratzbaum wurde innerhalb der angekündigten Zeit geliefert. Der Aufbau ging dank der sehr guten Beschreibung prima. Der Kratzbaum ist sehr stabil.
Leider waren keine abnehmbare, waschbare Polster in den Höhlen und auf den oberen Liegeflächen. Ich werde selbst welche drauflegen. War in diesem Preissegment wohl nicht zu erwarten.
Ich weiß, dass bei teureren Modellen von Feandrea diese extra Liegekissen dabei sind.
Sonst sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
Meine beide Katzen nehmen den Kratzbaum gut an.

I ordered a console table with a glass top and when it arrived, it was smashed to pieces and the box was split. This was down to Hermes UK being the courier. I emailed to say I wanted to return it and they said I could do so at my own expense!!! Eventually I found a telephone number on an email and I rang this very helpful man who was in charge of returns. He told me this shouldn't be at my expense and that someone forgot to attach a free return label to the email. He sorted everything out for me and Songmics actually told me to dispose of the broken table and resent a new one with a different courier which I was really happy with. The quality of the table is absolutely brilliant and because of how quickly they sorted the issue I would 100% buy from here again. Only 4 star as 1 star off for the fact that their communication isn't that great unless you really push for it.

Quick delivery. Came in two parts- that was the only down side, as I had to wait for the second to be able to start building it.
Honestly SO SO much better than your typical IKEA furniture. Good quality and now I love my desk for gaming. They have nice things on their site too- really tempted to shop for more!

ordered a desk on the 18th January, its now the 8tyh of February and still no desk!

I've been sent tracking numbers that don't work with Tufnell's and countless messages asking me to wait another 5 days, yet still I'm here without even proof of dispatch. Customer service is poor with very generic reply's and long waits! i highly doubt I'm ever getting this desk.

avoid using songmics via their website or via Amazon as you will only wait an eternity to get your refund

Unbelievable. One desk came in two different deliveries on different days and still missing parts. If you want something 'normal' please avoid this company.

I purchased a gaming chair for my son, and looked at the reviews after the purchase. I began to panic as my tracking number was exactly the same as others I had been reading. I was worried for nothing, the chair arrived within a week, it’s a great product and my son loves it. Would definitely purchase from here again.

Bought the kitchen bar table and stool set when it was on offer. Order confirmation came through by email straight away. 2 days later I had a tracking number. Got it delivered today which was a day earlier than DPD and Songmics said. Built in 10 minutes and absolutely love it!

Like others, I ordered my item and received an email to say it was dispatched within days - great! This came with a tracking number for Tuffnells - however this tracking number did not exist on the Tuffnell website and when I contacted them they told me to contact the seller. I received a response, polite and professional explaining there were delays and to wait 7 days. I think in all, about 2 weeks passed and I was still waiting on my item. I tried to cancel my order and was about to raise a paypal case when customer service advised to hold off for a few more days. As much as they didn't tell me what I wanted to hear they did reply every time and again were polite and professional.

Low and behold 2 days later it randomly appeared at my door but according to Tuffnells website it still doesn't exist as an item to this day! Not sure who is at fault at the moment, I know a lot of carriers are experiencing issues with customs / brexit resulting in delays but I think the worst part was the tracking numbers just don't seem to exist for the customer. Even if my item was stuck at the destination I'd like to be able to track it and see this instead of it looking like nothings been shipped at all. Overall the item was great, easy to build, lived up to the spec online and if delivery wasn't such an issue I would order again but again this really may be the carriers fault as opposed to the suppliers.

When we ordered the desk we received a tracking number for a company called Tuffnell’s and this where it could have gone very wrong. The tracking number didn’t match a parcel. Any customer would be concerned that after 5 days the tracking number still didn’t match a consignment. I tried to call Songmics and was greeted with voicemail. Again another red flag. They didn’t respond to my email either. I ended up opening a case with PayPal and they responded saying many items were delayed. We were not hopeful that we would receive our desk but then out of the blue it was delivered. There was no communication from the couriers or songmics but we are very happy with the product! Shame about the service but there are clearly logistical problems.

Non existent Customer service, contact number always going to a voicemail box that never gets checked and email to CS not acknowledged. Order shipped as two separate consignments. Valid Hermes tracking for part of the order that was delivered and invalid tracking tracking ID for the part of the order that hasn’t arrived! Order now in dispute. Unable to recommend based on my experience! Avoid!!

Bought table and chairs 4 weeks ago. Received table within a week even though both parcels were shipped at same time. Still haven't received chairs 4 weeks later I have been given a yodel tracking number that yodel didn't recognise and now a tuffnels tracker that they don't recognise. Having email them to complain it took four attempts before even getting reply. If you don't have it in stock just say so....dont fob me off with fake tracking numbers. If it isn't here within a week I will be sending table back (has a small scratch that I was willing to turn a blind eye to) and requesting refund for both items. Absolute joke of a service. Shame too as their stuff are really nice.

I previously wrote a review after having a bad experience with a mirror not arriving for my stepdaughter. But it seems that the issue wasn't over and actually despite the problem with the item not being received, after the refund has been authorised, Ivy continued to work on the issue and find my mirror. She could have left it, but having a satisfied customer was more important.
