The investments do produce and pay on time. I've been investing in these for almost 6 months now and they've performed pretty well. The guys are responsive when I have questions and provide solid ongoing service. I plan on investing again with them.

I've been a client since 2025 with properties in both Italy and Colombia. We had a slower month in the fall but otherwise returns have been consistent and as advertised. I'm hoping for Portugal soon.
