shawn and jack were great to deal with…
shawn and jack were great to deal with i had many reservations about letting someone remotely access my computer after being hacked.Jack especially went out of his way to help with all my problems and reassured me it would get resolved.I would highly recommend anyone with a computer problem to go too sosgeek they are masters at whaat they do.Jack is very patient and courteous and willing to do whatever it takes to get your computer working great.Once again thank you Jack

Consolidated replaced my motum but the tech keps saying this was not his area of expertise and he was right. Kevin spent several hours just to get my printer working. i still have 2 more issues we did not get to, we ran out of time. will try again tomorrow. i am confident he will be successful.

Eliminated PC Lockout
The tech was able to help me get past a "lockout" on my laptop imposed by a hacker. He also checked everything and ran scans to identify and eliminate threats. I will not hesitate to use their services again and to recommend them to any of my associates.

My computer screen was completely black…
My computer screen was completely black and would not show my desktop. Kevin was my technician and he worked on my laptop doing all the necessary updates. I love having the ability to contact Geek Techs Pro for help. I believe I have worked with Kevin before and he did an excellent job, He is especially patient with me understanding what he was doing on my laptop. Several tech companies have attempted to scam me. But I know GTP is there to help me. I also learned they are able to connect my tv to the wall which is will be awesome! Thank you, Kevin!
