SOS Leak Detection Ltd Reviews

The operative turned up on time. He checked a number of avenues to find the potential leak in my house. He eventually found the leak and managed to turn off the water and stop the small leak.

Very efficient booking system. Engineer arrived on time and was very thorough.

Booking the engineer was efficient. He kept us updated as to time of arrival and when he was there was efficient and found the leak quickly.

Excellent service thank you so much!

A fantastic experience with SOS Leak Detection from beginning to end. The booking process was extremely straightforward, and the office team (and in particular Emily) were friendly, professional and helpful throughout, keeping us well informed and making the whole process easy to arrange.

The engineer Calvin who attended was equally impressive — punctual, knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to investigate the issue properly, explained what he was doing and his findings clearly, and treated the property with care and respect throughout the visit.

It was reassuring to deal with a company that combines excellent customer service with genuine technical expertise. A professional, efficient and reliable service all round, and I would happily recommend SOS Leak Detection to others.

Thank you to the whole team!

really poor. come to my property multiple times and still couldnt find the leak. I get mixed opinions from different engineers from the same company. I will be making a complain to my insurer and hoping they instruct someone else

The time it took attend was not helpful It took 2 weeks for sos to attend .once he attended he was very good and from what he said he has taken my comments on board from what in his report . So far the attendances and his leak detection he did he did a thorough job and has detailed his report next step is to get the job done and reroute the kitchen waste pipe as it currently sits under the tiled floor .

Big shout put to Luke and Fraser who came this morning in the Dudley area.

Absolutely professional from start to finish and was very careful and on strip down caused minimal damage where some people would go like a bull in a China shop.

SOS Engineer Alex Fazey attended our house on a leak detection survey.

I couldn't be more impressed with the service we received. He was polite, courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.

From the outset, he understood that we were feeling nervous and apprehensive about what might be discovered, as well as the uncertainty surrounding what had and hadn't been found.

He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions patiently, and made sure we felt informed and reassured every step of the way.

Thanks to his expertise and thorough approach, we now have a much clearer understanding of the situation and the next steps moving forward.

An excellent engineer who combines technical knowledge with outstanding customer care. Highly recommended

Jake was a very pleasant young man , found the leak upstairs in bathroom , fixed it and cleaned up behind him, very professional and respectful, would highly recommend

A plumber was assigned to us the day after we reported the problem.

Job well done
Thank you for

We were supposed to get an appointment within a week of insurance company saying track and trace would happen. We didn't. No idea whose fault that was but it meant we had to even longer without running water. Engineer located problem and restored running cold water which are two positives from situation but left taps running which were supposed to drain system then stop. Five days later they are still going.

The engineer that was sent was timely, professional and understood his assignment. Thank you.
