Beautiful experience, very welcoming

As a novice to Yoga, Leise made me feel immediately relaxed and at ease. Lovely calming environment and a soothing guided meditation helped chase away the stresses of the day! Highly recommend!

I absolutely love Leise’s classes, I’ve done both her yoga & meditation class as well as the sound bath and she has a way of making you feel so calm and forget about outside pressures. I’ve been struggling a lot with stress recently to the point where it’s affecting my sleep but I always manage to release my stress in her classes. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Soul yoga is a sanctuary to heal and grow. Leise is an special person and teacher. She makes every session so special and meaningful for us. I have only words of gratitude towards her. Thank you for letting me be part of your journey. Cristina. Cx

Just back from the most amazing weekend in Cumbria on one of Leise’s yoga retreats. The itinerary was really varied with different types of yoga and meditations, a cacao ceremony, beautiful countryside walks for those that wanted to or cosying up by the fire for those that didn’t. Everything from the classes, the company, the delicious food and the location were perfect. I came back having learnt so much and feeling so much more relaxed. Thank you so much Leise! Xx

My first experience of a cacoa ceremony and it was incredible. Liese is so in tune with all her guests that you feel completely safe and relaxed and able to really embrace the full experience. I am excited for my next event with Liese.

My second visit to Leise, after attending a sound bath event I went in for my first cacao ceremony and wow what can I say , after the best sleep in a long time I have woken up feeling amazing. Leise is a fantastic facilitator, very knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease . Can’t wait for the next one.
