Well I set up an account and then choose to start a playlist promo. I select the option for PayPal and agree to the terms. Then when I hit SUBMIT it’s a dead link (nothing). I use IOS. Definitely a waste of time for absolutely nothing

I'm pretty sure this guy has disappeared off the face of the earth. No reply to emails and calls go straight to voicemail. Still waiting on a Paypal refund.

Do not order from this site, even though the website seems to be in working order! The order I placed online never arrived. All my emails were ignored, my phone calls always went to voicemail and were never returned Fortunately paypal eventually refunded the money I spent.

The seller never sent the order I made and did not respond to any of the emails I sent. Fortunately, Paypal gave me the money back.

I tracked down SoundTools when I became interested in an Antelope Audio Master Clock. Right from the start, Andrew was most helpful and answered all my questions. I subsequently ordered an Antelope Audio Isochrone OCX which is now giving excellent results in my system. If you value first class sevice, I suggest you try SoundTools Ltd.

I recently bought a pair of "not so easy to find" monitors. Sound Tools had them in stock and at a fair price. Had an excellent support from Andrew, post sale too, with prompt and thorough replies. Speakers were shipped few hours after the clearing and I even had the chance to share my first listen impressions. Definitely, from now on, one of my go to dealer for quality audio gear.

Andrew went the extra mile to make sure that the power supply arrived at our studio at the earliest possible moment. I look forward to further dealings with this excellent, friendly, efficient company.

WEB-Shopping at Soundtools UK seems totally recommendable. Their customer service is detailed and informative. There was a slight delay on behalf of Paypal in clearing the payment, but I was informed of this immediately. Delivery came as expected. Now enjoying my new toys :)
