I always have a fantastic experience at Spa & Massage! The relaxing massage is absolutely wonderful and leaves me feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting or living in London!

I sustained a minor lower back injury that caused a tightening of the muscles around the affected area causing discomfort and restricted movement. The masseuse diagnosed and treated my back causing the muscles to relax and I was able to play golf the following day. Usually I will have a deep tissue massage but this was specific to the minor issue that I had.

Always very good experience,staff welcoming and massage therapists very professional and knowledgeable.

Fantastic massage in Richmond from Duncan who got to work very quickly on my tired and aching body.

I really enjoyed the massage from him the pressure was really perfect not too hard and not too soft.

The one hour passed quickly but I am looking forward to seeing him again soon.

The clinic is immaculate and very cosy.

Reception staff also very friendly.

I’ve had several massages at Spa & Massage and with different therapists. All have been amazing and tailored to what I needed in any given session. Highly qualified, professional and personable. I highly recommend.

I have only positive things to say. The environment is clean, relaxing and luxury and the masseurs all highly professional.

I’ve been coming to Spa & Massage for a while now and usually go for an aromatherapy massage. I really love that before every massage, they always ask about my preferences and how I want to feel afterwards. The atmosphere is lovely too — it’s always clean, cosy and smells amazing.

I’ve had massages with different therapists here, and they have always been great. My latest massage was with Tatiana at the Chiswick High Road location, and it was pure relaxation. Slow, calm and unhurried — exactly what I needed.

And I have to mention their tea too! It’s absolutely delicious and such a lovely little touch after the massage. ☕️

I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. ❤️

Had a fantastic first experience with a deep tissue massage. From the time of being greeted with herbal tea to the massage to the herbal tea again at the finish, this salon SPA is a class act. Diana (masseuse) was fantastic; really understood the pain points, found the knots, treated them without pain and also was a great communicator. Really enjoyed the experience and look forward to the next. Definitely recommend.

The therapist was skilful and made a significant difference to the hip and lower back pain I had been experiencing. They listened and were careful to make the massage the right amount of pressure for me on the day. I will definitely be going back as it was a calming but also productive treatment in terms of muscular and pain relief.

Tightness in my shoulders and back kept me from sleeping and needed it to be remedied quick.

In only 30 minutes, Ania treated me and released the tension, guiding me through the massage, and soothed the physical stress I was under.

They're clean, organised, and professional.
Definitely will be returning again, and grateful for the kindness I was shown. Highly recommend.

Elaine was wonderful!! For my first ever massage she made sure I was calm and comfortable and communicated superbly what was happening so I was assured. Cannot wait to come back :) 1000% reccomend!

Great deep tissue massage by Alexander at earls court who was attentive to my shoulder tension and skilfully released it. Highly recommend him.
