They do not stand by their products
they will take nothing back and ask insane request to take something back if you try. If you buy something here first it doesn't work and second they will not help you
I spent 2 months trying to send back an unused product and of coarse then it is past the 30days.

Purchased a heater and it stopped working within two months. Customer service makes you jump through hurdles to receive a replacement. Lacking in customer service, unfortunately. It’s already a pain to remove the defective heater and then install a replacement for the second time in two months as it is.

Sent a broken part, and when a warranty claim was submitted the customer service was unable to provide a time frame as to when they’d get back to us. It’s been almost a month and still no word.

I ordered a part for about$120.00 with shipping which I paid for, before I received the part I ruined my hot tub when I moved it, so I contacted this company and told them the situation (it had not been sent yet mind you) they said I could return it after I received it,, I had to pay the shipping back, just as I had to pay the shipping to me, $20.00,, the package was never opened sent in the same box unopened they gave me a credit of (wait for it) $75.00. So it cost me $65.00 dollars to do business with this company,,, Hope this helps others to beware of these scammers

I am writing this review after receiving a faulty, untested product that caused further damage and unexpected expenses at my Airbnb property. Immediately upon installation, it leaked from the motor housing itself. Looking at your overall rating, it is clear that poor quality, and lack of Quality control, and testing are ongoing issues for your business. The financial impact on my rental property far exceeded the cost of the item itself, and I highly advise others to avoid your products.

ordered a waterway exec. pump.. it arrived in two days.. the wetend was severely cracked... they did not answer their phone.. sent a message through their website:
here is the string of emails...

in the end they never responded to me , never shipped me the replacement part.. that I had to buy from somewhere else for $100.00 and wait 1.5 weeks extra to get the part..... BAD COMPANY!

We'd be happy to replace the wet end for you as it would be quicker and we won't need anything returned - however, to proceed, can you please provide photos of the outside of the box the unit arrived in?

Once received, we can get a replacement promptly processed.

The worst experience I have ever had to return an unused product. The pump the website recommended is incorrect but they will argue with you to say it is, the pump was missing a port. Besides that they expect you to pay return shipping and will argue with you about the pump to justify it. I paid $298 but the return shipping is $120 then they tell you there’s a 25% restocking fee the math of that is you will receive a 1/3 of what you paid for the products just for them to resell the products (that’s called double dipping). Where is this return policy you might wonder, not when you check out, you would think with such a one sided return policy you would have to check a box at check out agreeing to it, but nope. You have to look for that policy on your own, pretty sure I have to agree to that policy to be held accountable for it. Find your products somewhere else this has been a nightmare of hoops (pictures & screenshots of how I came to that pump), just to hear sorry there’s nothing we can do, except they’re willing to waive the restocking fee, however the website lead me to a pump that isn’t a replacement for my model number as their site stated it was.

Spa here advertised online a Spa pump that was not the pump that they sent me. They alleged that the vendor sometimes left pictures. They were inaccurate. I sent the pump back at my expense and they refunded me after several weeks and many attempts to contact them only a partial Refund I will never ever ever ever use this company again. I would recommend that you look for someone else anyone else that Spa here.

Had signed up for notifications when a particular part would be in stock ... weeks later received the notification that the part was in stock so placed an order for the part a few hours later. The next day the company messaged to say the part was out of stock.
