It was a seamlessly straightforward experience, they knew the specifics of what you needed, the support was per second/every step of the way, they review your documents before the day, tell you if you need anything extra or made a mistake, on the off chance you have forgotten to print a document they point you in the right direction (but it's best you complete everything before the day - just less stressful). So I highly recommend! Be aware the service is a bit pricey but excellent.

Jerry and Faiz have been so helpful throughout my visa process up untill I got my Visa before my travel dates. I was abit skeptical because my visa appointment was so close to my travel dates, literally 15 working days before I travel but luckily I got my visa 3 days before travelling. Jerry and Faiz were so reassuring because at this point I was loosing hope and it was miserable as I had already spent so much money for my trip and the thought of me not getting the visa before my travelling date was so heartbreaking. All in all am so happy right now because all has gone well and am due to travel on Monday. For this I give them 5 star and highly reccomend their services.

Good service. Very helpful specially when we had no other source to get a Spanish Visa. Mr. Faiz who helped us at the centre was amazing. He checked all our docs thoroughly and helped all the way till the end of the appointment. He is the main helping hand for us to secure the visa in time.

2. Documents - every single document was checked prior the appointment, to make sure the applicants get visa. I had a problem with invitation letter but it was handled and sorted by the member of staff. If I applied myself most likely I wouldn't been granted with the visa;
