I can’t fault this business
I can’t fault this business, okay first time of using them but I tell it as I see it. So I needed a roller belt for a Vax vacuum cleaner, looked online eBay were selling the belt for £15, Vax never had any in stock, came across Spares which I had never heard about before. Placed an order cost less than £5 including shipping arrived within a few days. Really happy and pleased

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed. As soon as you contacted us, we provided free return details straight away and also offered a replacement. After discussing options with you, we processed a full refund. We always aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly, so we’re disappointed this isn’t reflected in your review. We value your feedback and hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future.

Don’t bother. Ordered parts, kept chasing for delivery, turned out they weren’t in stock, then had to chase for a refund I still don’t have after 3 weeks.

Shocking delivery time
Parts was ok. But I am pissed of with delivery time … paid extra £9.99 to have it next day and then… well it took them almost week …
Definitely they need to work on it harder …

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery timescale.
Just to clarify, we don’t charge £9.99 for next-day delivery — in fact, delivery on your order was free of charge. It may be that there’s been some confusion with another purchase.
