I ordered an item from this company. It took three weeks to ship to me, I immediately returned the item unopened. I followed their return instructions to the letter.

USPS tracking confirms they received the item. They are refusing to refund the purchase until I give them the tracking information. This is just a delay tactic.

They are a con, thieves. Avoid doing business with this company, you'll regret it.

I ordered a Cool Jet portable ac, then showed shipped and invoiced by Spark-Tek, received update label printed, then nothing. Waited for 20 days no change, Sent numerous emails that were replied to by company called Straight Commece, who kept telling me the tracking does not show the progress. This is a scam. I contacted my bank for a full refund of monies. UPDATE: I I received the response posted below and unfortunately the situation is not resolved. Keep getting the run around.

I purchased a Wireless-N WiFi repeater. It arrived, and I could not set it up. The directions are poor. I would like to return it. How can I do that?

Ordered a lumonails device from this company on beginning of may and received on 5/28. The items received is not the same as described on website. The company provided 30 day money back guarantee but the "return and refund" is always got response of "connection time out", the "contact us" also got time out, meaning, there is no way to get contact with them.

I should have looked at the reviews before buying. I bought 2 TV antennas and it does not connect to my TV, I need to return it but there was no packing slip; no confirmation email and no order number. When I ordered it said "easy returns" but now I can't even find how to return it. I'm not even sure I am on the right site because Spark-Tek Co CA US seems elusive to find.

Terrible product, awful instructions , no packing list so I don't know where to return the junk. Dash board camera. Don't buy ut!

If I could give this 1/2 star it would still be too high. Scam Alert! It won't even charge!! How do I return this?? I can't find any return destructions (I mispelled on purpose), it didn't even come with an order number.
I want to return this for a total refund..get it?

Total scam.

They shipped me a product without disclosing how high shipping would be ($15 for a small, plastic-bubble package).
Worse, the product has Asian outlets and it came with Australian adapters. I don't have any idea why this product even made it to North America, unless sending you an unusable product is part of the point, that is, the scam's mechanism.
They then offer to let you return it, paying shipping and a re-stocking fee, with no hope of getting reimbursed for their shipping fee (which is inflated enough to ensure they're making money off of you regardless).

STAY AWAY!!! As much as I hate to say it, online, use the big guys because there are mechanisms for protecting the consumer.

Don't buy from this company. First, they charge for shipping then tell you it takes 20 BUSINESS days to receive it! Then, if for whatever reason, you need to return it, YOU must pay the return shipping costs! If you also decide immediately after you place an order, to cancel it, it's too late, even though it hasn't shipped yet! Additionally, Amazon delivers the same ball for 1/2 the price, $0 shipping, and with Amazon you receive it in 3 days! Do yourself a favor, shop somewhere other than Spark-Tek!
