If I could give a zero I would ! I bought a WIFI extender that took over a week to arrive should have been within 48 hours. It cost £10 more than advertised once the order was placed. It was pretty much impossible to set up & once it was it made no difference at all to the wifi signal. The so called customer service team wanted £15 admin plus postage to return even though the product is not fit for purpose. DO NOT purchase from these scammers!!!!

PROCESS ON HOW TO GET FULL REFUND!
This is a follow up review on how I got a full refund from these jokers.
It's obvious how Ihealthpro run their business. By advertising a product and sending a different product of much lesser quality and value. They then offer a partial refund (20-30%). I went through my bank, hoping they could process a chargeback which was eventually what happened. I had to fill out some paperwork to allow my bank to have access to make transactions on my behalf. I got an email from Ihealthpro saying they have processed my refund and it could take 30days to appear on my account. 30 days passed and still no refund. I guessing the bank gave them 30 days then initiated the chargeback.
Don't put up with these lowlifes. Contact your bank and you will get a refund.

Placed order after reading reviews for the Ton & Groove portable speaker & took the deal ordering 2 of them.
The products arrived yesterday, when I got home tried the speakers & definitely not what I expected after the reviews.
I contacted them & they replied quite quickly through the Zen Desk platform
They apologised then started offering 20% back & keep the products I declined then second message offered 30% off I also declined & said as per your 30Day money back guarantee I would like a full refund.
This morning they asked for me to send photos of the boxed products & the packaging that they arrived in.
I sent the photos through as requested & no further response from them.
I guessing I also received the cheap knockoff valued at $163 AUD for 2 speaker. I have reported them to the ACCC & Afterpay & the Commonwealth Bank
Don’t be fooled by the Ton & Groove fake website. Fake Fake Fake & poor customer service.
Saturday 31st update they emailed offering 50% discount I declined again stating I would like a full refund, the refund has now been processed minus the the delivery charge & no address to send product back to them 😳
Be aware don’t purchase through them.
Today I went to JB Hi-Fi & purchased the most amazing Sony Bluetooth speaker with the sound I was looking for originally.

Misleading Pricing Fraudelent?
Haven't recived the package yet, but the quoted price was inflated by almost 50% by adding delivery and 'sales tax' (Quoted price £33.29 Actual price £51.90) which was not shown until AFTER I had paid. Tried to cancel but received nothing.

A very dodgy business who refuse to communicate or respond to product enquiries. They have a draconian refund/returns policy that virtually says you’re wasting your time even trying!

I didn't realise I was buying from ihealthpro.com ("the Web's most innovative gadgets"). I foolishly thought I was buying a home network extender (labelled Speedboost) from a company recommended by the so-named "ukconsumerexperts.org". They have a lovely website but I failed to dig deeper to check how well they are rated (very low in hindsight). Like others, VAT and shipping were added on after my order - no warning about this. The network extender arrived today as promised but only vaguely resembled the one I thought I was buying and for me to follow the quick guide I'll need a degree in local area networking. Needless to say, it doesn't do what it says on the tin.
Once bitten, twice shy!

I ordered a Tundra Freeze which according to the advertisement would work like an air conditioner cooling the room down within minutes. What I received was an oscillating cooler fan with very little power. In fact the $15 fan I bought at Kmart did a better job breeze wise. I paid $156.46 AU for this pathetic performing machine. I need to know how I can return it and get my full amount of money refunded.

Terrible service, delivery very slow and when I asked to return the products they kept trying to persuade me to keep them with a discount. Eventually got details for the return. Some money has been refunded but not all.

I bought Pix Link WiFi speed boosters. Took 2 weeks to arrive & only lasted 6 weeks despite good reviews & they are now refusing to refund or replace them. Total scam once they get your money they won't help. It now in the hands of Lloyds Bank.

Puis après mon refus, de le garder avec un remboursement de 30% puis on me demande de le renvoyer à mes frais avec un remboursement après déduction de 4 euros

Spent £80+ on a gyro power ball. Cheap copy and doesn’t work. I wish I’d read the reviews first. Dealing with mainland Chinese Companies I’ve discovered to my detriment is usually a nightmare. They never refund 100% and offer derogatory 30%. Which is still a healthy profit for the seller! I subsequently looked on Amazon and the same product can be bought for £9.99 or less. It probably works too. Buyer beware purchasing anything from this company.

I wish I'd read all the reviews before I parted with my money. No response to emails, long delivery and then the goods were not as described. Heaters were not fit for purpose, do not do as advertised. Offered 20% off, then 30% and now ignoring me. I cannot afford to lose £134. What an idiot I have been. I didn't realise they are not based in the UK. BUYER BEWARE!
