I have managed now to speak with their support team. 5th August 2026 : They have asked me to video the product not working so they "can escalate to technical !" Getting the impression they don't want to refund my money!!
One week on and still no contact from iHealth Pro - cant say I am surprised.
Please do not use this company ! Their earlier response to the initial feedback is laughable -they are NOT dedicated to giving a good service - NO - they sent a dud product and then do not even respond to messages.
And so the days pass bye. Still no contact from ihealthpro ! Two days on from initial post and still no contact from iHealth Pro with regard to a refund on faulty product. They have replied to a message on Trustpilot but made no attempt to contact me directly. I would strongly recommend NOT using this company for any of your purchses!
Received a range extender today ordered 20/7/26. When received/collected from a drop off store the box inside the package was crushed. The product inside seemed ok but when plugged in nothing happened. No lights - nothing. Changed to different socket but still no sign of operation. I have sent a request for a refund as after waiting for a week to get
a product that does not work I am not very happy. I will update on process as soon as I get a response from iHealth Pro. Not a good start.

29/07/2026 - No contact - despite the response on this site and the statement -dedicated to resolve issue as soon as possible. All details they have asked for have been sent to their support email. (I will continue to update daily)

I have been conned into buying an advanced pair of vision correction glasses with features for long and short distance, blue light filters, sun shading and high durable strength, but supplied with cheapest, basic plastic and zero features.
I definitely want a refund and think this company should be stopped.

Das Produkt , eine Brille habe ich bei DhL als Annahme verweigert. Also ist es zurück geschickt worden.
Leider habe ich bis heute mein Geld nicht zurück erstattet worden.

Absolute scam company!
I've been emailing customer support for 2 weeks and zero response.
I want a UK address to return a cheap and nasty tower fan for a refund. It was described as an ac ifroza cooling device, and I recieved a cheap tower fan instead.

Unfortunately I trusted Google and didn't check on Trustpilot when I ordered from this sham company.
I'm £100 down!!!
I STRONGLY ADVISE PEOPLE TO NEVER BUY OFF THESE THIEVES!!
They should also be removed from Google searches!

This is the 3rd time I've had to write a review regarding a refund. This company have received back my goods and still have not refunded me. I've been in touch with PayPal again, but am still waitingto hear back from them. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. DI NOT USE!!!!

I recently bought a pair of multi focal glasses and have found them to work really well. They took a little while to arrive but have worn them ever since.
They're actually better than my prescription reading glasses but maybe not totally perfect for distance. But good enough for me to be able to wear them all day and not have to switch between lenses.
And they react very quickly to sunlight and shade.
I'm really very impressed with them and will be ordering more.

I wish i had read all of the reviews on this company before ordering their Froza AC advertised as a portable AC unit but what uou get is a very expensive 12 inch "tower" unit that blows hot air. Despite giving a 30 day return policy when you contact the none existant customer services for a refund of my £140 investment in 2 min tower fans which cost less than £20 on the high street you get no response after 7 days. This company needs to be investigated by the relevant advertising authority for mis represemtation, a pure con of a company.

Absolute con, they are only good as reading glasses. The +2 sticker on one of the lenses was a give away. How can they get away saying the are good for both near and distance vision.

Disgusting ripping people off like this. Stay clear away from them.

They requested order number, which has been sent. No reply and I have to say support email is useless.
SUPPORT EMAIL IS USELESS AS STATED ABOVE. EMAILED THREE TIMESXAND NOTHING. I HAVE NOW RECEIVED RETURN LABEL THAT DOES NOT PRINT PROPERLY AND A RETURN ADDRESS THAT DOES NOT EXIST ACCIRDING TO ROYAL MAIL. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. TOTAL SCAM

Ordered pair glasses supposedly to replace near and far sighted, I have an order number but unfortunately misadvised my email address, can't track order asdont have confirmation email and no response to an email advising them of correct email, not holding my breath that I receive theses specs or getting a refund. Perhaps this company can email me with a reply

Genuinely, how can such a fraudulent business be allowed to operate?!
If I get another reply saying to contact you through your support email (even though I have multiple times) then I’ll know these replies are fake.

Lens were not useless for close work and frames v poor quality. Only offered 20% refund. Company failed to live up to high profile expectations. A waste of time and money

Purchased an air con unit, for just under £100. What they eventually sent was an M60 fan, retailing at about £18. This is a scam company, do NOT buy anything from them. And that took weeks to get.

Ich habe die Geräte ( 2×Froza ac) an die mir über Paypal übermittelte Adresse zurückgeschickt . Dort habe ich auch die Zusage der Erstattung erhalten , leider kann ich dort nicht antworten das immer eine Fehlermeldung auftritt. Ich hoffe das sich die Angelegenheit damit geklärt hat und ich nicht noch den Verbraucherschutz einschalten muß

I ordered the Hikari tooth whitening Pen, it arrived but was not from Hikari it was Dr Dent it never did what it said on the label and when I emailed for a refund it bounced back

Absolute scam, very poor product not as advertised.
Do not fall for the crystal blue glasses description,worse than useless.

Absolute disgrace, I paid for x4 pairs of eye glasses. The advert said they were adjustable. Nothing like that at all. Complete rip off. I expect a full refund.

Finger weg, die Brille verbessert weder die Sehschärfe, noch wird sie in derSonne dunkel. Es ist einfach nur einen Plastikbrille.
