Misleading Pricing Fraudelent?
Haven't recived the package yet, but the quoted price was inflated by almost 50% by adding delivery and 'sales tax' (Quoted price £33.29 Actual price £51.90) which was not shown until AFTER I had paid. Tried to cancel but received nothing.

A very dodgy business who refuse to communicate or respond to product enquiries. They have a draconian refund/returns policy that virtually says you’re wasting your time even trying!

Give them a big miss!

Ordered a Froza air conditioner and received a mini tower fan instead. Sent an email requesting a refund and so far haven't received a reply.
After reading the reviews it's clear that this is how they run their business, by false advertising and sending a product of much lesser value. Pathetic that their business model is set up purely to rip customers off. Basically stealing. Faceless cowards. Please do your homework before buying folks. Astonishing that this is allowed. Avoid at all costs.

I didn't realise I was buying from ihealthpro.com ("the Web's most innovative gadgets"). I foolishly thought I was buying a home network extender (labelled Speedboost) from a company recommended by the so-named "ukconsumerexperts.org". They have a lovely website but I failed to dig deeper to check how well they are rated (very low in hindsight). Like others, VAT and shipping were added on after my order - no warning about this. The network extender arrived today as promised but only vaguely resembled the one I thought I was buying and for me to follow the quick guide I'll need a degree in local area networking. Needless to say, it doesn't do what it says on the tin.

Terrible! Delivery was many weeks via poor delivery firm. Much too late so bought elsewhere.Emails to their support just bounce back. Needs collecting returning

I ordered a Tundra Freeze which according to the advertisement would work like an air conditioner cooling the room down within minutes. What I received was an oscillating cooler fan with very little power. In fact the $15 fan I bought at Kmart did a better job breeze wise. I paid $156.46 AU for this pathetic performing machine. I need to know how I can return it and get my full amount of money refunded.

Terrible service, delivery very slow and when I asked to return the products they kept trying to persuade me to keep them with a discount. Eventually got details for the return. Some money has been refunded but not all.

Absolute rubbish. Paid nearly $200 for a product that when it arrived (4 weeks later) was a cheap Temu product for $29.95. Absolute rubbish. Do not use this company for anything.

I bought Pix Link WiFi speed boosters. Took 2 weeks to arrive & only lasted 6 weeks despite good reviews & they are now refusing to refund or replace them. Total scam once they get your money they won't help. It now in the hands of Lloyds Bank.

I ordered an EMS foot massager which works quite well. However it was advertised for £48 but only after entering my payment details did they add postage, packaging and vat. No mention of these add-ons in the offer price.

Après avoir lu la réponse automatique à mon avis je constate l'entreprise tente de faire croire à l'aide d'un service après vente qui n'a pas répondu à ma demande je déconseille encore plus

This is a complete scam - do NOT use. Processed my order and took my money immediately, but have not delivered the product in over one month and will not respond to my requests for a refund.

Dodgy gear and no/slow response to emails. Save your money and buy from a trusted source. I feel like my money been flushed down the toilet. At least that matches the product that was overly talked up.
They do respond in a meaningless way.
Already sent a request for assistance but no response. Action is required not talk.

Spent £80+ on a gyro power ball. Cheap copy and doesn’t work. I wish I’d read the reviews first. Dealing with mainland Chinese Companies I’ve discovered to my detriment is usually a nightmare. They never refund 100% and offer derogatory 30%. Which is still a healthy profit for the seller! I subsequently looked on Amazon and the same product can be bought for £9.99 or less. It probably works too. Buyer beware purchasing anything from this company.

I wish I'd read all the reviews before I parted with my money. No response to emails, long delivery and then the goods were not as described. Heaters were not fit for purpose, do not do as advertised. Offered 20% off, then 30% and now ignoring me. I cannot afford to lose £134. What an idiot I have been. I didn't realise they are not based in the UK. BUYER BEWARE!

Purchased a a WiFi extender from these guys. It is rubbish, came from somewhere in Europe took over 2 weeks to get here cost £50 when postage and tax was added. Final straw it was a pile of cheap Chinese rubbish , really slow speed and impossible to set up using the poor instructions. If it wasn't for the stupid cost to send it back it would be returned. So don't believe any recommendations from these charlatans.

Even after returning it, they kept the tax and delivery costs, which is unacceptable and against UK consumer law. I’m now having to go through PayPal to recover the full amount.

Poor service and lack of accountability — I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company.

I wish id done my research before I spent $160 on a portable air-cooler! I purchased from what I thought was a reputable website CoolJet, and instead was sent a drop shipped air cooler worth $20 that has no brand name and doesn't even work!! It won't charge!!! Oh you better believe I want a refund!!! Complete scam!!!

I purchased 2 airheat fires from Ihealthpro. I wasnt happy with them and have tried to return them. The acknowledgement of your order email will not take replies. I looked for another email and found this email will not let you type an email it just wants you to add them to your
contacts. No way im going to get my £146 back, and i will not be using the fires. In case they are interested in my remarks the O/N is PRE1488229-1
