We have been using Sparkpost for delivery of one of our most important customers. The entire Sparkpost team is always there for our clients last minute needs and changes and makes what could be a difficult situation work exceptionally well.
We love the Signal Analytics that comes with the account and hope to someday grow to where we can add in some more of the professional delivery services.

Sparkpost's support and general service is always stellar. They consistently go above and beyond and are quick to reply to our support inquiries. Over the years we have seen great product improvements, some of which we were given an opportunity to provide feedback on prior to launch which has always been taken seriously.
In addition to their support team, we have been extremely impressed with how well other teams at Sparkpost have partnered with us when issues have come up. Their Technical Account Managers and Deliverability Teams are made up great folks who are always willing to advocate for us or hop on a call to work something out.

Sparkposts support and service is top notch!
Sparkposts support made my learning curve about email marketing ins and outs much less steep. THey helped me each time with accurate and fast information or actions. I recommend Sparkpost for anyone looking for mass email sending as they have affordable prices and of course support team is very good and expedite. Keep it up!

Sparkpost is the Best
Sparkpost is the best email marketing platform that is available in this cluttered market. Their support team understand the query from always strives to provide the best solution for us.
I like signals which is one of the best in class for an email marketing which can predict the health score upfront and take corrective actions in the upcoming campaigns.
