Fred at Spa World, Gregory Hill understood our requirements well and provided us with few options. We didn't feel a need to go to other stores after talking to him. We're very happy with our purchase. Great product and exceptional customer service.

The entire team at Spa World has been extraordinary. Phil has been our main guy, and this bloke really cares about our happiness. The service, knowledge, care and genuine empathy shown by everyone at Spa World has us raving to our friends and family. We use our spa every day and the after sales service has us feeling more like family than customers. Hats off to the entire team. Thank you all.

I have visited Spa world in Gregory hills a number of times. I am doing a renovation and wanted to get an idea and a professional advice. I have mostly dealt the Fred but other staff members are also exceptional.

It was very easy to talk to the team. Very knowledgeable and friendly and professional. I was explained in all details how it works and how to maintain it.

DO NOT BUY A SPA FROM THIS COMPANY.

We have had nothing but issues with this company/spa.

Chased us to get the Aquasal unit installed - paid an extra $2500. THEY DO NOT SELL AQUASAL ANYMORE DUE TO A FAULTY PRODUCT.

Had their recommended technician come out for a fault (1 month wait) - technician is quoted saying the Aquasal caused the issues. Spaworld refuse to refund repairs and for the Aquasal they KNOW is faulty.

Aquasal system removed on recommendation by Spaworld technician.

After 6mths of research, we finally purchased the Vortex Titanium, from Spa World, Gregory Hills, our sales person was Fred Kalache and we could not be happier. Fred was amazing to deal with his knowledge and assistance when purchasing was honest. He went above and beyond to ensure we purchased the right spa and looked after us in relation to costs.
We have had our spa installed for over a month and we are over the moon. We use it everyday and it is just a warm winter oasis. The variety of jets having up graded to the Avanti was the best decision ever. We are sleeping better and have a personalised massage ever day, just awesome. Our spa is also big enough for the whole family to enjoy and can be used as a small pool over summer.
The Titanium spa is well built and easy to set up. Maintenance is also easy.
So glad we bought through Fred he has been so helpful through the whole process and happy to chat about any of our questions we have had.

15yrs after purchasing our first spa (Vortex Spectrum which we’ve used nearly daily and loved!) from Charlie Xuereb at Warner’s Bay, we found ourselves upgrading and Charlie has again outdone himself in providing 5 Star service with our new Vortex Nitro. He remembered us and being repeat customers he ensured that we received Platinum Service. Thanks again Charlie!

Fred was fantastic from the outset. Easy to communicate with online and even more so in person! Nothing was too much trouble… he listened to our needs and didn’t try to upsell with unnecessary add ons. Very honest and super friendly- we would highly recommend speaking to Fred about your spa purchase.

We went into Spa World in Launceston to purchase a spa and from the moment we walked in, the service was brilliant. Michael who looked after us, stayed in touch throughout the whole process, explained everything and co-ordinated the delivery. We had a delay to be able to take delivery and they were really patient, storing the unit for us. A big shout out to Andrew who delivered and installed the spa. He was so helpful and friendly and did a wonderful job. The day of delivery had pretty awful weather but he stayed smiling and set everything up for us in between downpours of rain. The product itself is great quality, we love it. Overall I'd highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to purchase a spa for both pre and post sales experience - they would be very hard to beat!

Fred was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and supportive in our decision for which spa best suited us. We went in with lots of questions and he answered them all easily and quickl! But the end of our time there, we knew the spa we wanted and all the accessories to go with it - ordered and sorted seamlessly! Thank you Fred for making our experience stress-free and enjoyable! Having prior researched information regarding Spa's on 'Spa Worlds' excellent and informative Youtube Channel, I went to my local store (Gregory Hills) and was attended to by Fred Kalache. This turned out to be an enjoyable experience as Fred was easily able to convey clear and precise answers to all my many questions. I believe Fred has been selling Spa's since 1988 and it shows, he is an enthusiast who really has an understanding about the whole 'how to go about it process', to get you into something that meets all your needs, and the step by step processes and needs/requirements to get you enjoying your Spa. I noticed when we placed the ordered for a Vortex Nitro Spa in the store, Fred appeared to be experiencing a glitch between what was available in stock system and being able to formalize the order. Fred was immediately able to phone the State Manager, on a Sunday afternoon, who answered (whoa!) and was easily able to rectify the problem.

My experience with both the company and Fred was exemplary of good old fashion service and product knowledge.

It saddens me to know that I am unlikely to appreciate such professionalism and competence, again, anywhere, anytime soon....Five Gold Stars.

Fred Kalache knows his spa’s and we felt confident in getting the best product and price when we see him. We bought a spa off him 5 years ago and didn’t hesitate going straight back to Spa World and finding Fred again. We bought a new model for our new house with confidence that we were being well looked after. Don’t get ripped off by other cheep claims . Get something that will last.

Great company at Sales. Once deposit is paid, don’t be in a rush to get the spa or any form of communications. Coming up on a month since they said it would be delivered. No contact without me contacting them. Then promises of return calls that never happened.
