I have used this company for a good many years now to prune my magnolia tree and another large bush.
They are very professional and obviously do a very good job.
I would recommend them to anyone who wants a reliable company and an affordable one.

This was our third experience, lowering the crown on two chestnut trees.
As always, we were notified of arrival time and the team of four worked hard throughout.
We have recommended them and they will be looking after a family tree needing serious attention.

I got a phonecall 15 minutes before expected arrival of team to let me know they were on there way and from there on they arrived, got there gear unloaded and cracked on. We had a tall sycamore in a shared entrance way of a communal garden which was becoming too close to buildings and hiding road signs. The team cracked on swiftly and in about 4 hours the tree and all the stuff were being cleared up. They had to stop and start whisky my friends and children were going in and out but were cheery and smiley.

Excellent service provided by special branch tree service. Great service, great price. Turned up on time, polite, pleasant and hardworking. Will definitely use them again and would highly recommend anyone looking for tree services to contact them.

This is the second time we have used Special Branch. Prompt, courteous, they do as meticulously as you ask. No mess, all cleaned up like they have never visited. Loved the fact that their first visit was recorded on their phones, date, cost etc. All being well see you in 2 years.

Two guys turned up on time and got straight on with the job trimming our conifers. Really good outcome and excellent value for money, Would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Highly recommend these guys! Josh, Lewis and Ricky did an amazing job clearing 4 huge trees from my back garden, and left it spotless after! I was really impressed with how quickly they got it done too and it’s made a huge difference to the garden! Will definitely use you again if I have any more work needing doing 👌.

After much dithering, I chose Special Branch and, for once in my life, I made the right choice. Five handsome lads turned up and worked - fast and furiously - in difficult terrain - on an old willow that was very near the house. I watched from an upstairs window and it was like watching a ballet. They are incredibly skilled. I am still amazed at how they got those heavy branches down without demolishing the conservatory and/or bringing down the BT wire. Or without falling over the 12' drop of the wall they were balancing on [one was even standing on the parapet]. I am 100% satisfied with the work they did.

Brilliant service - reduced canopy on two large trees and sorted an overgrown hedge. They worked hard in the rain, making sure we were happy and keeping everything tidy. Checked in with the neighbours too. I'm really pleased with their work and would absolutely recommend.

James came to the rescue when our drone got stuck in a very high tree today. The team made time in their busy schedule to help out. Great communication. Knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. Obviously know what they are doing, answered a few helpful questions for us on other issues when attending the property. The tree in question had a TPO in place on it and they took extra precautions when accessing the drone. Health and safety taken seriously and a high level of respect shown for our property too, even offering to clean up a few fallen branches and leaves! Genuine, dependable guys. You'll get our business in future.

I would recommend this company to anyone. They were punctual, professional, hardworking and very respectful of myself and my property! They pollarded a rowan tree and two lime trees. They did a brilliant job and tidied up impeccably afterwards. Superb service in every aspect!!
