Using Special Branch was an excellent experience from start to finish. They come out when they say they will and they are extremely professional. Ryan advised me on what needed doing and confirmed everything with photographs as part of his quotation. The team that carried out the work was punctual, friendly and polite and did a brilliant job. They left everywhere tidy after the work. I would definitely recommend this company.

3 or 4th time I've used Special Branch to pollard a HUGE 50yr old weeping willow in my back garden and, yet again, they've done an excellent professional job, from estimate, climbing and cutting, to clean up, at a very reasonable price.
Real nice, friendly crew who arrived on time and completed the job in the most foul and appalling weather.
Their site clean up after the job is far and away better than any previous firm I'd used.

Fantastic service from start to finish, every aspect first class. Turned up to quote the job when they said they would (which is half the battle with some firms), had an extremely clear and efficient job booking system and quoted the work at a reasonable price, then turned up on the day as agreed and completed everything above my expectations leaving everything looking fantastic. In fact it was left tidier than it was before - just what you’d want. I wish all trades I used operated the same way, can’t recommend highly enough.
