Absolutely amazing experience
Absolutely amazing experience. I had a gent called Kashan who was unbelievably helpful throughout each process of the order.
My specs arrived today, are a perfect fit and the vision is that good, i’ve realised that my original pair i bought from a popular opticians may of been wrong. Will be purchasing a second pair from these guys for sure!!

Care of team…
The prices is what drew me to the company. Had a small issue with shipping and contact info. Once i got ahold of the customer service they immediately rectified both situations with speed and care!! And my glasses were mailed. I would definitely recommend the company. Thank you!

Quality frames at good prices.
From ordering to arrival was less than 48 hours. The frames were well packaged. The frames were chosen as like for like.My new lenses were fitted into my old frames. The quality of the new frames allowed the new lenses to fit perfectly in seconds. I received a good saving on the purchase compared to many other suppliers.

They sorted out my order
I ordered the wrong colour. I was able to call them to get the colour swapped.
It was so reassuring that when I found my product, the link on the search engine had it in stock. Other links didn't.

First class service!
Excellent communication, very helpful and friendly staff on the telephone prior to ordering replacement frames. New frames arrived quickly, well packaged with all detailed information about them.

Understanding customer service
Understanding customer service. Prompt dispatch and excellent service. Only issue was the ‘special delivery’ from Post Office that required some one to take delivery. With no notice of timings, two attempted deliveries meant a collection from the local post office.

Compared with specsavers
Compared with specsavers I found that the quality of the frames and lenses, and the accuracy of PD and vertical lens position to be so much better. Keep up the good work.

Lovely company to deal with
Lovely company to deal with. Plenty of communication, glasses arrived at desired time and quality was excellent. Unfortunately they didn't fit (sizes etc on website, just didn't fit how I needed to) and I received quick replies and confirmations. Thank you so much
