Awesome! Awesome!

I'm not happy with the provided move-in deep cleaning service. The person that cleaned the apartment was doing his best and put effort (just because of that rating is 3), but since no proper cleaning solvents were used all this work was for nothing (kitchen hood left with dirt, gease and grime not removed from iron grate of the stove, bathroom tiles left with stains, mold not properly removed from fridge freezer door etc.). End result is that I had to redo everything myself. Also speed of cleaning should have been faster. 5 hours is a good amount of time to finish deep cleaning for T2 apartment with 1 small bathroom and minor furniture (especially if correct cleaning solvents are used) without leaving the dust removal work for the client to do herself/himself.

Everyhing is OK. I am just unhappy with the scope change in the "last moment" since we checked and agreed before

I'm really happy with the routine service provided by Spic and Span. Cleaning ladies clean well and quickly. Minor issue: their English is very limited.

We have been quite satisfied with the service and it's very helpful to know that if the cleaning person we are using cannot make it one day, we have the option to request someone else.

I got my apartment deep cleaned after I just moved in. Initially, it was dirty and unlivable. However, now the apartment is clean and I'm very satisfied.

The cleaning professional was very friendly, clean, and helpful. I don't speak Portuguese yet, but he had very good English and we were able to easily communicate.

The price is on the expensive side, but the results were good, so it was worth it.

I booked Spic and Span’s most advanced service from the two featured on their website’s main page. The deep cleaning service (as they call it) was stated to be suitable for move-in and move-outs and also included after-builder cleaning as a part of the tier. Judging from my previous experience I booked a cleaner for 4 hours and also mentioned that my apartment is 130 sq.m. When a cleaning lady arrived it turned out that she could barely speak any English. I showed her the whole apartment as well as the most problematic spots proving her the opportunity to evaluate the scope of work and provide me with a more realistic estimation. But she didn’t provide any feedback. Instead, she agreed to try to deal with everything I showed her. 4 hours fast forward, we’re back and the apartment is almost in the same state as we left it (I wish I could assign the photos). I immediately requested a call back from their customer support. During our long and exhaustive debate, I was blamed for picking a wrong service tier as well as being rude to a cleaner. When I tried to explain that I they could have warned me about the scope of work and about the availability of a dedicated service upon the cleaner’s arrival they continued saying that it’s me who was wrong. The best part of it is that a team leader - who arrived later in the evening and 30 mins late! - confirmed that the quality of work was not really good and apologized on behalf of the team. Short after he’d left, I received an email saying that I was rude to him and the apartment was well cleaned.
To wrap up, Spic and Span gets 5 out of 5 for gaslighting and well elaborated CS script, and 0 out of 5 for their job

My cleaning experience was great again. Queen has come a few times now and simply amazes me. In the two hours she is here she gets through so much, thoroughly!
