I've bought from the online store a few times and it gas always been a pleasant experience. Items always arrive carefully packaged, on time with no damages and the online store stocks a wide variety of African foods.

The last pineapple I got from you guys was so small for the price, the first one was bigger.
Your ijebu garri does not have the slapping effect it should, could you please look into it.
Got some plantains from you and the unripe ones practically refused to ripen, instead they got bad and I eventually threw them away.
Your packaging is nice, it keeps the goods intact however, I can't place my hands on why the container of the jafro chin chin always get broken when I get them. It has happened twice and I just had to transfer them to another container. There's room for improvement so I expect better next time.

Spiceeupp is my go to for all things Afro Caribbean food stuff! Their range of food items, from meat stuff to packaged food makes me happy, and I like that they deliver nationwide because it means I can also order stuff for my mum down south!

Great location in Loughborough. The store is really big and workers are usually helpful when you are doing your shopping.

The store is located close to the town centre. This makes it quite easy for customers to go in and do their shopping. Essential items are usually made available and the staff always assist the customers as much as they can.

Also, the restaurant provides good food, and a delivery service to customers who live far away from the restaurant.
