Only deposited once

Only deposited once. Got to around £140 - £150. Cashed £50 out just to see and check the situation. Could no longer login to the site for around 10 minutes. When I did get back in they started asking me for all sorts of documents from my bank. SWIFT NUMBER IBAN BIC..... checked my bank statement I received just recently and it had all of this.. sent it via email and still waiting. Went through the whole process 4 times and still no further forward. Do not use this site. One day maybe I'll be able to give a gambling site a good review but yet im still waiting just like alot of my withdrawals.

Update - I have now been blocked from logging in! Still haven't recieved my winnings!

STAY AWAY !!!!!

*UPDATE* sent me an email saying I self excluded when I never I have never excluded from any site I had about a £200! Balance been 7 month I want my money !!!!Wow what an ordeal I have had I signed up deposited £20 for the welcome bonus started playing I was winning all of a sudden account blocked. I sent my docs to be verified was told 72 hours after it taking a day longer than 72 hours I finally get email great news you are now verified. I log in load up a game to be greeted with the exact same message that I cannot play. I go to live chat to be told they cannot tell me why and they cannot give me a time frame. Ironic how the welcome bonus has an expiry on it I can already see what is happening here I’d advise people to stay well well away from this company.

Avoid like the plague!

Closed my account after I had made multiple deposits and said I had chosen to self exclude (I hadn't) been trying to get them to refund the money that was still in my account for a week now. I just get the same generic reply "it has been sent to the relevant department". I would avoid at all costs. Take note of all of the other bad reviews.

UPDATE: As of the 12/09/2022 this has still not been resolved. I am still awaiting payment. They asked for a screenshot of my PayPal profile to verify me. Which I don't understand as I made all of my deposits using my bank account.

Definitely do not use this company. Absolutely horrendous customer service.

so i been trying to get my money out of this site for 5 days now 08/17/22 i keep getting the same generic answer that we have a problem right now and its been handling by relevant department then they said its a psp problem.. out lines are not working so i cant call i saw all the red flags on trustpilot but decided to ignore it i guess that is on me right! yeah feel so stupid right now anyways ill keep u guys posted about it but so far this as been a terrible experience what ever u do "DO NOT deposit any money on this website.

DO NOT SIGN UP - 3 weeks for withdrawal and still waiting

I requested my withdrawal 3 weeks ago. They asked for ID which I have now sent several times and they are still unable to give me a timescale for my withdrawal. Absolutely shocking customer service. Same automated reply every day.

Update:

Withdrawal now been cancelled and have had to request again. Delaying tatic or so that it shows not requested until today? 🤔. Have now had to send bank statement as issue with card withdrawal - no issues on other sites. The saga continues 🤦‍♀️

6th July- Still no money in my bank account. Not happy. Withdrawal cancelled AGAIN. Now another 3- 5 days wait and probably be told then that it hasn't gone through. AVOID

Can not withdraw money!!

Great choice of games, love the free play so can get a feel for a game before playing for funds.
However absolutely shocking when it comes to withdrawing money. 2 weeks after original withdrawal, money returns to account and asked to withdraw again, only now asking for further documentation! Why not ask on creating account?why not ask when the original withdrawal was made? Why 2 weeks after?
Not acceptable at all in today’s online gaming, when other sites takes matters of hours. I have 2 separate withdrawals, waiting over to weeks for both, and going into the weekend probably will be waiting another 5 days (being hopeful)

What an awful response.
