won around £80 on 25th feb withdrew £60. then i won £250 they said they wanted id. I did provide it when first open account. sent them licence with photo. water bill from 2nd march, NHS letter, bank card, bank statements. keep getting emails back saying to blurry , need more, we now in may? i have used same id on other sites no problems . how many people do they do this to? i just suffered heart attack . & the stress with this isnt helping.

Played this site for the first time last night withdrew a good amount and uploaded my documents…withdrawal is still pending I spoke to someone this afternoon who said my withdrawal were being released again I checked and was still under review 🤦🏻♀️ Spoke to someone else to confirm where this other agent had that information from going around and not getting a clear answer.. bloody night mare

Stress stress and more stress!
I withdrew my winnings on 10th April, and then 11th April I noticed in the evening it was back in my casino account balance. I withdrew it again and then had to send documents etc. which was fine, my account was verified and my winnings was processed on 18th April. I never received it after a week so I messaged, and was told there was a technical issue and to send bank statements to prove the money hadn’t gone in. I did this and with no problem, it was back in my casino balance to withdraw again. I was told to withdraw via the bank transfer method because I had already sent the statements and was told this would verify it. Now they are saying that they don’t accept screenshots but my required PDF is 8 pages long with transactions that date back to 31st March, so it’s a lot of private information to send with no relevance. I’ve sent screenshots again and I can’t attach the PDF as it’s above the email limit. I’m waiting to hear back, but I would certainly think before playing here, check out reviews and I’m hoping this is all sorted soon as I’ve been waiting 3 weeks!

I have recently started to play at Spinit again after signing up quite sometime ago. I have to say my experience has surprised me in that I would recommend giving them a go. The games are fair wide selection is varied, game-play smooth. I nearly won but got to greedy and could have cashed out so never my own fault. I have won on related sites and once verification is sorted payouts are fast. Just ensure you provide the actual documents they request as if you provide what they ask your verification will go smoothly. Hi I wrote a review a few days ago regarding funds/winnings not being sent to my account after nearly 3 weeks.
They replied today stating funds have been released and will be in my account in 3 days but only £225.
They owe me just over £1.300
Absolutely disgusted.
They are more than happy to take your money but try and get it from them you have to fight for every penny.

9/10 months ive been waiting for a withdrawal all because i used my partners paypal ( with her permission) because of this ive had to send every form possible to with draw £100 and STILL they are withholding funds , i have seen so many bad reports about this company , it doesnt seem i will be getting my money. This is in response to a reply I got from one of spinit casino employees.
“ Kindly note that your Payment has been manually processed yesterday 24th of January 2022, Kindly wait 3-5 working days for balance to reflect into your account accordingly”
Well that is an out right lie! But let’s say it’s true then I should of received it by now! I’ve been trying to get my money since the 2nd of December, and I’m still waiting now! I’m not kidding when I say this, this casino will ask for every document known to mankind, they even asked me for verification of these deposits what were made from Apple Pay (my bank account with matching transactions codes to theres wasn’t enough) the kind of documentation they wanted I physically couldn’t get because Apple held it, and by giving me this documentation apple would of been breaking there own security and privacy laws, i had to send spinit a copy of Apple Pay terms and conditions because they clearly had no idea what they were talking about in regards to that.everything from birth certificate,passport,driving license,all kinds of bank statements and 6 different documents Council Tax,utility bills , loan accounts etc showing my name and address, but that still wasn’t enough. I was then asked to send proof of ewallet, I told them I dont have an ewallet account and that I have never used an ewallet to deposit at there casinos. They asked me to open a ewallet account up and they gave me a list to choose from, I refused to do this because why should I when I have absolutely no use for an ewallet account? I was then basically blackmailed and told if I wanted my money then I would have to open an ewallet account up, so I opened PayPal. I did exactly what was asked of me in the email Which was to send a screenshot of the ewallet profile showing my name address and email, that wasn’t good enough, they then decided they needed to see the web address, sent that,and then it was they couldn’t see my full email and that the email is different to the email i used for signing up to spinit…
honestly this whole experience has put me off online gambling for life! I’ve been so stressed about it, my daughter wasn’t well, I couldn’t get to her (financially) and then it was Christmas couldn’t buy for my grandkids, then I lost my job at the beginning of 2022, the money was and still is needed more than ever, it might only be a few hundred pounds but to me it’s a lot. I’m extremely stressed about it all and I’ve told them this,but they ain’t bothered, they just add more stress by asking me to do totally irreverent things and changing what they ask for by asking for a different file format!
I’ve email everyday this week and I just get the same nonsense , and then I see the reply on my previous review!

I would 100% stay clear of this casino. Firstly when you try to withdraw your winnings they use every tactic in the book to stall you, I'm talking weeks maybe months!. Secondly the customer service is absolutely appalling, they mock patronise and blatantly lie. Avoid at all costs. I wish I could attach the screen shot of the emails so you see the pure disregard they have for customers.
**update** its been over a month since I first requested a withdrawal of £500 and yet a single penny has hit my bank account. After been lied to on multiple occasions and sending off various documentation (which were verified) I was told I would be getting some money in my bank. The money never came and now I've been asked to send yet another bank statement to prove that I never received the money as the casino say they sent it. Honestly it's beyond a joke, the matter is now with a third party organisation and will be taken up with the gambling commission.

Dreadful is a very polite way to describe the value for money you can expect here. Being a regular slot player for many years I can positively say when your running bad at the casino you can expect about a 35% return on every 100 spins. Not here run bad here and for every 100 spins you will get about 17% if your lucky. I played 4 different slots half my deposit between the first two and then half my 100% bonus between the 2nd two so i have 400 spins total and i was broke and logged out before i had even had my first hourly gamble aware warning. I personally expect more play for my money i dont care if i loose but i do care if its absolute daylight robbery.
