To start the product was packaged beautifully. There was a small issue with my order and I was not only called but emailed to resolve this quickly. Item was delivered less than 24hours after the call! Would absolutely recommend to family and friends in the future.

Lovely presented gift
Really lovely presented gift compete with personalised sleeve. The lights were a lovely touch too. Really went down well as a Christmas Day present. My only minor gripe was that it had 3 bars of dark chocolate. It would have been nice to have a different variety of each. That is only reason I gave 4/5 but I would definitely order from SpiritSmith again.

I ordered a rum set as a gift for my brother-in-law & sadly missed the delivery while I was out - it has been sent back to the depot & Spiritsmith have very kindly said they will re-deliver once it comes back to them - great customer service & really appreciated!
