Buyer Beware!! I paid $40.04 for the product. It didn't work. Called company and was told to let the powder sit in the toilet bowl for 30 min for it to foam. If that doesn't work, put white vinegar in the water first then add the cleaner. I repeatly asked for a refund and person insisted I try resolutions first. Took about 15 min of my time to finally get company to agree to a refund. My refund, after all the reductions they applied, $24.14. On top of that it cost me $11.40 to USPS to ship it back! So, my $40.04 purchase became a $12.74 refund! Wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing!

They advertise this stuff as no scrub - just pour in toilet, wait 10 minutes then flush. However, the instructions on the packets say you have to scrub with a brush before flushing. I tried it without scrubbing and it didn't remove ANY of the dirt or stains. When I tried to get my money back, they want to charge a return fee of $8.95 plus I have to pay for the return shipping. DO NOT waste your money on this garbage product.

I should have read the reviews before I trusted their website. After my own experience and all the negative reviews, I can't believe they've got over 100,000 positive reviews some of which appear on their website. It started by watching their video in which the foaming in the toilet bowl seems to grow to fill the entire bowl. Not true. It barely breaks the water level of a calm bowl. Their 30-day "no questions asked" return policy is anything but. Additional fees and conditions apply. For instance, how do you try out a product without opening the package? Only unopened packages qualify for return. Rather than "no questions asked," I was pummeled with "other benefits" of keeping the product. It would have been funny if it hadn't been so desperate and sad. It was suggested that the water in my area was too soft for proper foaming action. "A bit more powder" was suggested (I already dumped the entire packet into the toilet). Additional sales tactics were tried: "The foaming cleaner is a highly effective, septic-tank-safe foaming powder designed to address multiple cleaning challenges. It efficiently eliminates rust, calcium deposits, and limescale while also neutralizing unpleasant odors and leaving a fresh scent in your bathroom or sink." There were many more "benefits" suggested, but the one that took the cake was: "Additionally, if you feel the product might not be suitable for your needs, it could make an excellent gift for someone who might benefit from it. Many of our customers find that our products are highly appreciated when given as thoughtful gifts." In what world would I give a product that didn't work for me to a friend or relative? I'm still trying to get a straight answer as to what I should return (unused package plus 3 of 4 packets in 2nd package?) and how much refund I can expect. I'm confident there would be zero 1-star ratings if a less-than-one-star rating was available.
The unfortunate collateral damage is for the other vendors trying to push their products in the same venue where I was exposed to Splash. I will be very wary of buying anything from anyone in that space.

5/1/25 Saga update: "No questions asked" guarantee.
After trying to hold Splash accountable to their 30-day NQA return policy and filing a credit card fraud claim (misrepresented product), I got an email offering to refund 50% of all product cost without having to return it, "as a gesture of goodwill." Ha! They don't know the meaning of good will. I decided to take it and cut my losses because even though I enjoy writing a 1-star review to help someone else avoid doing business with them, it's taking up too much time. The simple bottom line is, their product doesn't work as advertised, their 30-day guarantee is misleading, just like their advertising, and trying to get a satisfactory solution is like negotiating a divorce settlement with your ex.

This company is a total con. They are scam artists. Do not buy any Splash products

This stuff is a lie. It does smell good but it does NOT do what they claim. It doesn’t foam to the top of the bowl and do NOT leave it longer than 10 minutes or it will stain blue. It would never clean the toilet they show in the ad. Don’t waste your money. Not worth it.

1 star for the spray bottle that I can use for something else. This is a scam, they send you denture tablets that clean absolutely nothing,, they automatically send you monthly shipments that you did not agree to. I'm glad I locked my card, not worth $1.

Worst product ever!!! Does not foam and doesn’t clean whatsoever! Now they’ve scammed me into multiple packages that I’m stuck with an it’s useless! Buyer beware!! Do not buy this product, you’ll regret it!!

This is a BIG SCAM! It does not work at ALL. I sprayed it and let it sit 30 minutes, scrubbed and it did not work as advertised.
Sprayed it to get the grease off the front of the microwave and all it did was smear it after spraying a few times.
Also, the washing machine tablet did it take ANY of the mold off the rubber part of my front loader machine.
It was a total waste of money!!!

Why are they allowed to keep selling this product when it clearly doesn’t work? I think they need to be stopped… Nothing but a scam.

This products sucks. Does not foam very much and certainly don’t clean. It’s a very expensive scam I feel.

Used Splash Toilet Foam for the first time. Instructions say add product. Wait 10 minutes then brush & flush. Added it, waited 10 minutes. I brushed & it ate my brush up. Melted the bristles like acid?

Deceitful advertising. Many warnings on the label -scary

I tried to order the $19.99 package to try. However, once I entered my payment source online, the site added a monthly subscription & another product to my order. I never completed the order but immediately my credit card was charged almost 3 times what I expected to pay. There was never an option to review the order or to explore shipping options. This is a scam. I cancelled the order through their customer service phone number & through my credit card. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

This item does not work as claimed tried cleaning my oven with it had to use dawn power wash to finish cleaning. so dissatisfied.

This product does nothing that it claims. It doesnt clean pans like it shows in commercial. It's blue water!
It doesn't clean, doesnt cut through grease, nothing. Fraud is the best word. Total waste of money.

Average at best for cleaning. Read the fine print!! Or you'll be signed up for monthly replenishment and never check or uncheck a box!

Did not work at all, Gave to friends didnt work for them either how can i get a refund for he five bags i have left

Wish I would’ve read the reviews before I wasted my money. This product works like water. Doesn’t clean anything. Just buy magic erasers!

Did not clean like advertized. Only would foam aboat a half of an inch, unlike in the adds. Called for my money back and just got the run around. Shows no scrubbing in the ads, but instruction on the bag says to scrub. Told me my water was to soft to foam and the toilets are on a well. Water is hard! told me to add vinegar through to toilet through email and didn't help! Bottom line if it looks too good to be true, don't trust it!

What a joke doesn't do anything don't waste your money! I have a email from them saying if I want a refund I must send back product unopened. Pay for return shipping. Like how are you supposed to know it's junk?!?
