This is the second time I’ve used Derek and I would definitely recommend him. Extremely quick to respond and do repairs without over inflated prices 10/10

They came out quickly, diagnosed the issue and gave me two options, repair or replace with no pressure to go with the more expensive option.

It was done quickly and professionally, and he even had time to give me some advice about future work.

Great service from Derek who installed my two bathroom taps. He provided great advice and did a sterling job. Fairly priced and will certainly use them again.

At very short notice,Splash Plumbers responded very quickly to my emergency on a Saturday morning(a burst pipe in the loft)
He came as soon as he could, advising
me what I could possibly do to slow down the leak before his arrival, which helped a great deal.
The repairs were carried out very quickly efficiently and professionally.
His prices were very reasonable plus additional advice on what to do and to call him if there are any more concerns or if the leaks starts again.

I've used Splash Plumbers previously and recommended them to friends who have all been equally pleased. Derek responded to my call promptly and checked over a variety of plumbing. He fitted a new stopcock that I can actually turn in an emergency and a neat access panel. All work tidy and respectful of my property. Derek can be trusted not to find work that 'needs doing' and offers advice I am confident in. Thoroughly recommend.

Sub-contractors, avoid working for this plumber. Plastering needed some remedial work and finishing off, wouldn't let the plasterer back onsite to finish, basically he didn't want to pay the agreed fee. Get your cash upfront if you work for him!

We found Splash plumbers through nextdoor when there was an issue with our newly installed toilet done by someone else. Derek advised us on the issues with how our toilet was installed after we noticed a leak and offered a fair price to install a new one. He responds quickly, explains everything in the process to you and did an excellent, quick and clean job reinstalling our toilet after a renovation gone bad with someone else. We will definitely be using Splash plumbers for all our plumbing moving forward and would happily recommend him.

Derek Hill of Splash Plumbers and his assistant, Iggy, spent six weeks refurbishing our main bathroom, en-suite shower room and downstairs cloakroom/toilet including ceilings, wall tiling, bathroom furniture, toilet & sink units and shower enclosures. He employed subcontractors for tiling, carpentry and electrical work. Throughout, Derek and his team worked safely with diligence, commitment and skill in their respective disciplines. Derek showed commendable attention to detail and achieved high quality with the end product. He communicated well with his customers and is highly recommended.

I cannot fault the service I received, from the initial call, to Derek coming to look at the problem and then arranging to come and fix it. When a further visit was required for, thankfully a small hiccup he came straight out on a Sunday morning and resolved the problem. I was recommended Derek by my cousin, who had used him for a bathroom refit and was really impressed with his work. When Thames Water flagged a leak at my property, Derek came out to inspect it, quickly located the source, and fixed it as soon as the necessary parts arrived. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable about his trade.
He was respectful of my home and talked me through the repair process.
He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself too.
