Not impressed, customer service has been practically non existent.
Placed my order on 23 August , its now 2nd September. And no sign of my order or any reply to the email i've sent to enquire in an update ?

My order hasn’t arrived 3 weeks after purchase customer service haven’t got back to me very bad service

Don’t trust this company, they do not answer emails or the phone! Just go look at the comments on their instagram! I am still waiting for my order and will have to raise a visa dispute!

I ordered from them in 2021 no problem but they have obviously gone down hill since then!

Ordered over a week ago. It hasn’t even been sent yet. The first email I sent them was replied to, As I asked to amend the order. Further emails and messages have NOT been replied to. I’ve tried calling but it says the number isn’t in service at this time. Looks like I’ll have to involve PayPal as that’s how I paid. I’m not impressed. Avoid this company!!!

Never received order, contacted customer service for an update as didn’t even receive dispatch email, no answer. Going to get my money back through the bank now. Don’t buy from these scammers

Never received my order, no one replies to my many emails and the contact number doesn’t work! Won’t be using this website ever again.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL BE OK AT FIRST THEN TAKEYOUR MONEY, NOT DELIVER YOUR ORDER AND THEN IGNORE YOUR EMAILS ASKING WHERE THE ORDER IS OR FOR A REFUND. FRAUD COMPANY!!

Ordered a tshirt 2 weeks ago and it has yet to arrive! No communication as to why its taking so long as previous orders were shipped and arrived within days. Update its now over a month after ordering and guess what? Still no parcel and no communication 2nd update! 2 months later and still no order nor communication

Item was not as described. It was supposed to be neon pink, but was pastel pink. Quality was horrible, looked like it was heavily worn, or at least laundered excessively. Very disappointing

I’ve ordered from splashy numerous times and always been happy with the service and customer service until recently , my last two orders never arrived , tried contacting them on instagram , email , PayPal and got no response whatsoever, I had to claim a refund from PayPal for one order and a refund from my bank for the other , I’m wondering if the company has gone bust , they aren’t a scam site so I think this must be the case , it’s a shame as their customer service proper to my last two orders had always been spot on , always sending me replacements if I wasn’t happy or something was wrong and always relying to emails I sent them , I won’t be making any more orders now as there’s obviously something going on with the company , the website should be shut down otherwise people will keep ordering from them and they will not receive their goods , please be aware when purchasing as you will have to claim a refund back from your bank .

No order sent and no response, I’ve tried many times to communicate with you. Also I’m awaiting a refund from January. Disgraceful service

But at the end I’m happy to have that I’m living in France, it’s a new brand who needs more staff for a better customer service

Order placed well over a week ago I got a confirmation email but have had no update on dispatched or delivery. Sent a email 4 days ago and no response. Not happy atal update never got a response and send 3 more emails in obviously not getting my order nor a reply

I made my order on sixth March. It's now the fifteenth March, no order. No updates. Nine days and nothing. Far too long , and no updates. Still not received my order. Won't order ever again,from Splashy.
