Poor quality of garment, size not accurate. Very disappointed

I use splashy very regularly, so I have a good selection of their t-shirts and hoodies.
There customer service is always on point and if I have ever had an issue with an order its fixed immediately.

Package arrived ripped open, logos on hoodie and joggers surrounded by marks where the iron on seems to be smudged, no size labels or care labels and hoody supposedly large is smaller than the medium I tried on last week. Also seems like a poor quality imitation of what I tried on last week.

Awful , promises parcel for Wednesday still hadn’t received it by Friday , still waiting l!! This was for a charity event for Red Nose so will not wear the garment if and when it arrives . Sent numerous messages , no reply !!

Ordered something and it didn't arrive but when I got in contact to inquire about this they were very helpful and apologetic about the delay.

Package still hasn't arrived. Phone number unavailable. Nobody answers chat messages. Nobody responds to emails

The product didn’t arrive, I messaged Dean and he got back to me straightaway and sorted everything. Excellent customer service, I will certainly shop there again.

Haven’t received it waiting for a replacement

I ordered a tracksuit a while ago and recieved a complimentary perfume which was to die for, then last week ordered that perfume in a 50ml bottle and received a cool funky t-shirt complimentary I just love these surprises with my orders!

took about a week for delivery but T-shirt is lovely and good material, true to size. Colours in the T-shirt aren’t as bright as the photos but still really good

It’s been 3 weeks with no sign of half my order and literally no contact with anyone. I’ve tried email, live chat, social media and radio silence. I will wait another week and then go through my bank for a refund because it’s ridiculous, I was told the order had tracking but it doesn’t so I’m completely at their whim.

Item never arrived and I did receive an email back but when I said I wanted a refund I did not get any correspondence back to say this had been done. I would avoid ordering from this website.

I ordered a t-shirt from here like almost a month ago and I still haven’t received my package OR a confirmation email to track it.

I haven’t received the order at all although I ordered a couple of weeks ago.

Bad customer service. (Check ur inbox) ur tracking number is rubbish, information hasn’t changed for days.
Order is taking forever to arrive. If u need it asap better do not order at all.

Sent the wrong order but good communication and i got to keep the wrong original sent and received the correct one in a matter of days.
Any one can make a mistake and they where quick to sort it out.
