Everything was delicious and had a beautiful presentation!

Package was shipped same day and received just 2 days later in NY. My family loved the gift, said the soup, cookies and rolls were all delicious and the packaging beautiful. My sister-in-law had just lost her dad, and she said the package made her cry happy tears instead of the sad ones that had been cried for days. Thank you!

Spoonful of Comfort is my go-to for a special gift -- I was a Spoonful gift recipient once it meant so much to me. Now, whenever I send a Spoonful gift, I get such great feedback. It's personal but not intrusive. And the soup is awesome...the bell add on is also cute.

I am usually very complimentary about your service. However, in this instance, I must say I was quite disappointed. Not in the product (although I didn't see the deliver - I assume it was good) but in the communication leading up to delivery. I was lead to believe the gift would be delivered 5 days before it actually arrived. When I called to discuss this, the person I spoke with was very polite but didn't give me any hope it wouldn't happen again. I'm a long time customer and I'd suggest some notification to the gift grantor that delivery would be delayed vs what was initially stated. I understand we have little control over packages moving through the system, but we can control how we set expectations.

I ordered a birthday gift for my daughter who lives far away. I got a notice of a delivery issue from ups that the shipping label was lost in transit. When I contacted Spoonful of Comfort, they immediately issued a replacement order for overnight delivery.
This was a holiday weekend and when they saw I tried to contact them again (outside of business hours), they tried to get in touch with me to make sure everything was ok. They also told me exactly where the package was, in the apartment complex’s mail room, when we could not locate it.
On Monday, I had to call them, just to thank them for going above and beyond with this customer. I cannot recommend enough, to anyone who needs a great gift. I will definitely do business with them again!

I like the fact that we can double the order and choose the soup and cookie variety. All those that I have gifted have been very pleased.

We use this service for our clients in their time of need and are never disappointed. We are constantly thanked for the gesture and are being told how delicious the chicken noodle soup, rolls and cookies are. Sending this in a time of need really helps people to recover or not have to think about cooking when other life events seem to take hold. We highly recommend.

This has been the worst food delivery experience I’ve ever had. I received this as a Mother’s Day gift and was so excited to enjoy it. I scheduled the delivery for a day that was especially difficult for me to cook dinner, so I was really counting on it arriving as promised.

Unfortunately, that day came and went, and the delivery kept getting delayed. It shipped on a Monday and didn’t arrive until Friday evening around 7:30 PM. By then, the packaging was no longer cold, the ice packs were completely melted, and the soup had to be thrown away.

I contacted customer service, and to their credit, they were very kind and helpful. They assured me they would send a replacement package on Monday for delivery on Wednesday in time for dinner. They did send it on Monday, and it arrived Wednesday — but once again, far later than expected. The package sat in a UPS truck since 7:30 that morning and wasn’t delivered until 6:30 PM.

At that point, I had already started making dinner because I had no confidence it would arrive on time. When I unpacked the replacement order, everything was warm to the touch (and I live in Florida), and the ice packs were no longer frozen or even cold. I was told the soup has a five-day shelf life, but after two failed warm deliveries, I was not comfortable taking that risk.

I have requested a full refund because I no longer want another delayed shipment of food that ends up in the trash. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.

Update: The company did reach out to me and offered both a full refund and an overnight delivery at no charge. I did receive the refund, which I appreciated. However, when I followed up to ask when I should expect the replacement delivery, I never received a response.
Update**. They did follow through and I did receive my order nice and cold this time! I wish I had been offered this from the get go to avoid the unnecessary headaches!

EVERYONE loves this! Whether they sit down to enjoy the same day or put it in the freezer "for a hard day coming" (terminal medical diagnosis), it's like a long distance hug.

The order was a hit! The website is easy to use. If you have a problem with your order the company is able to help and fix the issue immediately.
