I purchased a Snowbee net in November 2022 but didn't use it until April 2023. After a few months the twist lock feature stopped working. I got in touch with Sportfish and the customer service was excellent. It resulted in the net being replaced with a brand new one. Highly recommended using Sportfish.

Paid for next day ,then got email saying it would be day after ,no refund and dnt bother to reply to me

Paid for next day delivery and did not arrive, the carrier used the feeble excuse of incomplete address, having paid by PayPal this is not the case, typical carrier, completly spoiled my fishing trip.

Not often I leave reviews but, I’ve bought a number of times from Sportfish and I can recommend them. Excellent customer service. For example, I lost a voucher for 10%discount so, I rang Sportfish and they gave me another, just a small thing but, not all companies do this.I was pleasantly surprised as one item (£100+) was already on special offer.I then placed my order on Monday late afternoon, it arrived Wednesday morning ( and I live in the middle of Carmarthenshire) so, very pleased thank you.

Has a problem with product which lead to a request for replacement parts no quibble and parts replaced very fast excellent service I was very pleased and will continue to be a loyal customer other companies please note

Ordered 2 products last week. Quick delivery but the package had been opened and 1 product stolen. I contacted customer service and they were really understanding and replaced the missing product without quibble, it arrived this morning. Excellent service, really pleased.

Snowbee Classic2 Gunmetal 5/6 Reel
Really impressed with this reel I've just purchased from Sportfish. Excellent quality at a price a pensioner can afford.
Drag is smooth and strong - infinitely variable. Caged construction is just right. Very well engineered. Very quick delivery from Sportfish, thank you.

Sage R8 Core

I have fished for many many years. I have used a variety of different Rod Brands.

I must admit I love Sage Rods. I have had Sage One, Sage X and recently purchased a Sage R8 Core 10 Foot 6# from Sportfish.

It is a delight to use and casts a long line effortlessly. Lift off to recast is so easy. I used it for the first time and boated 5 nice Brown Trout all of which were released unharmed.

To summarize this is definitely my Favourite Rod from Sage.

Visited the Hereford store for the first time on Saturday. Have to say, was made welcome from the time I walked into store. Tried out 3 rods on casting pool and was helped out massively by Danny, with my casting as well as my selection of new fly rod and in the rain I might add.
