Sportsnet Holidays Reviews

Great front end service but no follow up afterwards or opportunity to give feedback on trip/tickets/accomodation.

We have been booking Australian Open packages with Sportsnet for a number of years.
We have always had wonderful service. My questions have always been given quick responses.
The team are always personable when making phone contact.

My dealings with Sportsnet holidays over the years has always been very positive. I have booked accommodation and tickets to the Australian Open for many years and and have never had any issues. The staff are very professional and I have no hesitation in recommending Sportsnet Holidays.

The hole 4day experience of the Grand Prix.

We have used Sportsnet Holidays a couple of times now for Grand Prix bookings. As we are in Perth it is important being able to rely on booking through a local Melbourne company. Sportsnet (and in particular Ian Hill) have provided an excellent all round service involving accommodation and GP ticket packages. We will continue to use Sportsnet for any major sporting event we want to attend.

Everything is so well organised by Sportsnet Holidays, from choosing when you want to visit the Australian Open, to suitable accommodation in Melbourne and price. It also made it easy in terms of payment as they gave a scheduled payment plan. We love attending the Australian Open and Sportsnet makes it so comfortable. We will definitely be back to do it again.

Craig was very informative and easy to deal with throughout the whole booking experience. I have had the pleasure of booking several adventures through Sportsnet and have been suitably impressed with both their professionalism and the standards of the packages they offer. I highly recommend Sportsnet to any sport fan looking for a top experience !

I’ve booked the UFC package twice now once in Melbourne & again for Perth and both times have been great service and seats and pricing met my expectations

Promt attention to your phone calls when you book and any follow up

Very enjoyable experience at John Cain Arena for the Australian Open 2022 & 2023. Amazing Venue with great facilities.

Friendly , High level of customer support and experience.

We have used SportsNet for a long time. Never had any problems with our tickets.

We did try somewhere else once and our tickets we scammed. Disappointment.

So we won't use any other sports ticket distributor other than SportsNet.

Thank you for always coming thru with the tickets for our company *****

Ian Hill is the man to deal with. Total trust, We live in Nz he phones he emails. Nothing too hard.

Complete ripoff.would never recommend sportsnet to anyone. They had my money for almost 3years. The most expensive 4 days l have ever payed for. Went home one day early not happy.

Everything electronic - minimum paperwork. Great for the technical inclined, more of a chore for the non-technical. Super box seats for the Australian Open in Cain Arena. Enjoyed the comfort. Kudos for introducing me to these advanced seats!

You actually get to speak to a representative. They always get back to you promptly.

Great friendly efficient service. Great packages with accommodation & event tickets & nice extras are often included.

Extremely easy to book tickets and a hotel all in one easy phone call

We had a great holiday at Bathurst 2022 and were extremely happy with the entire experience and communication with Sportnet especially with Ian. Would definitely book with them again

Hubby and a mate had a Bathurst trip organised for 2020. Due to covid all plans changed dramatically. We were kept updated the whole way through from our sportsnet rep. Trip was rescheduled to October 2022. They had a great trip even with the floods
