Finally found a product that performed as advertised. The stainless-steel garden hose is impossible to "kink" when winding on a hose reel. It is surprisingly light weight and tough. It has a slightly narrower diameter than a conventional garden hose ... which results in increased water pressure, Great so far!

I had ordered an accessory box for a…
I had ordered an accessory box for a Christmas gift to one of my nephews with more than enough time to get here before Christmas but it never arrived until I has to contact Sportys Tool Shop more than once to get it to find out where the box was. After Sportys straightened out the issue they did send me the box but it was too late for Christmas. To make up for the error the offered me free shipping if I ever ordered another one which I did last month, I contacted Sportys at least three times asking what
code number I would have to add to the order of the new box to get the free shipping and up to this point I have never heard back from them. I ordered the box anyway so it will definitely be here for my
another nephew's birthday in June. So they offered me free shipping if I ordered another box but never replied with the code to get free shipping, I say it
was a nice offer but they never make good on the offer.

Delivery to wrong house. Poor assembly instructions
The delivery was to the wrong house. It was a heavy item, and I had to carry it up a hill. House numbers are clearly marked; the driver was just lazy. The wagon is not easy to assemble. The instructions were in the wrong order, and I had to take it apart, I am still working on it and unable to use it.

Step stool with railing
The time from ordering to receiving was exceptional. The step stool with railing is a great idea but it seems a little wobbly. I had my husband tighten the screws, but it still is wobbly/shaky. I just hope it is ok for my 90 year old mother.
